扬州大学硕士学位论文 中文摘要 本研究旨在调查了解职业大专学生英语学习的焦虑情绪，研究问题主要有两 个： 1 当前职业大专学生英语学习焦虑情绪的现状如何? 2 造成职业大专学生英语学习焦虑情绪的潜在原因是什么? 本研究的理论框架是基于情感理论，和人文主义观点构建的。情感理论和人文 主义都强调注重学习者的心理世界，目的是帮助教学者了解学习者的心理状态， 采取适当的措施，使学习者无论在课堂教学中，还是在课后辅导中，都能轻松、高 效地学习英语。 本研究采用问卷调查和访谈的方法获取研究资料。研究中分别来自扬州职业大 专两个学院的3 8 0 名学生参加了问卷调查其中有效问卷有3 6 7 张。问卷共有2 5 项。另外采用分层抽样的方法，从参加问卷调查的学生中找了1 0 人进行访谈，了 解导致现状的因素。 根据研究中掌握的数据，研究者发现： 1 职业大专学生在英语学习中呈现出不同的焦虑，但由于从未接触过焦虑这 一概念，他们对语言学习焦虑的定义及其影响缺乏一定的了解。 2 大多数职业大专学生觉得在课外辅导与交流中，由于不需要当众回答问 题，不必担心在同学面前丢脸，大多数职业大专学生不太焦虑。而在课堂教学 中，老师的课堂教学还是以应试为主，学生在课堂上表现得很焦虑，特别害怕在 考试中出错。这种高焦虑的状况反过来影响学生学习英语的自信心。 3 大多数职业大专学生因为在高中时接受的听说训练比较少。因此，在课堂 上被叫到教师前面回答问题或参与表演时表现得很紧张。另外缺乏自信和害怕 受到老师的负面的评价也增加了他们的课堂焦虑。 4 导致目前职业大专学生焦虑情况的原因有很多。 大致可归纳为以下几点： 学生在学习中的自我约束不强，教师对学生课堂表现的反馈不适，学习策略和 教学方法的选用不当，以及师生之间的交流不畅。 本研究的局限是选取的研究对象都是来自扬州职业大专两个学院的3 8 0 名学 生，这样的一个样本不够大；另外采用分层抽样不能保证所选的对象能够百分之百 代表全体职业大专学生。 关键词：焦虑；现状；因素 扬州大学硕士学位论文 a b s t r a c t t h i ss t u d yi n t e n d st oi n v e s t i g a t et h ec u r r e n ts i t u a t i o no fv o c a t i o n a lc o l l e g es t u d e n t s e n g l i s h l e a r n i n ga n x i e t y t h er e s e a r c hq u e s t i o n st ob ea d d r e s s e di nt h es t u d ya r ea s f o l l o w s ： 1 ) w h a ti s t h ec u r r e n ts i t u a t i o no fv o c a t i o n a lc o l l e g es t u d e n t s e n g l i s h -
