(四)How to use the correct tense to talk about events.1. 一般现在时:常用的时间状语:usually, often, sometimes, every day/morningeg. We often go to school by bus. She usually goes to school at 7:00 in the morning.2. 一般过去时: 常用的时间状语:yesterday, last week/year, two days ago eg. He went to the cinema yesterday. Where did you go in summer vacation?3. 现在进行时: 常用的时间状语:now, Look!, Listen! eg. Now he is watching TV. Look! They are dancing.练习:Dear Grandma,Im (have) a fantastic time here at the camp. I (come) here last summer and I really enjoyed myself. So I decided to (come) back this year. Every morning I (help) with breakfast and then supervise games for the younger children. A lot of students went roller-skating yesterday afternoon. We had lots of homework last week. 2. a member of 成员之一,一分子 eg. She is the member of the family. I hear he is a member of the football club. 3. enjoy oneself 玩得很愉快 eg. Did you enjoy yourself last weekend? All of them enjoyed themselves at the party. 4. take a course 学一门课程 eg. Sam phoned a moment ago.I got up at eight this morning.2. 还可以表示刚刚发生的事情而没说明时间。Eg. Did the telephone ring? Who left the door open?3. 也可以表示过去的习惯性动作。Eg. I smoked 40 cigarettes a day till I gave up.与一般过去时连用的时间状语:yesterday, last week/Sunday/year, ago, just noweg. I met Lily yesterday. I went to Dalian last summer. I was a good student 5 years ago. He had dinner just now.一般过去时的构成:(1)有be的句子am/iswas arewereeg.肯定句:He was a cook 2 years ago. They were at school yesterday. 否定句:He was not a cook 2 years ago.They were not at school yesterday. 一般疑问句: Was he a cook 2 years ago?Yes, he was. /No, he wasnt.Were they at school yesterday?Yes, they were. /No, they werent.(2)行为动词的一般过去式。规则动词的变化规则:一般动词直接加-ed以e结尾的动词直接加-d以辅音字母加y结尾的变y为i再加ed以重读闭音节结尾,词尾只有一个辅音字母,双写最后这个辅音字母,再加ed 不规则动词变化需参看不规则动词表逐一熟记。(和一般过去分词一起记忆)。基本句式:(二)打电话的习惯说法。Eg.1. A: Hello. May I speak to Mary?/ Is that Mary? B: Hi. This is Mary speaking. A: Hi, Mary. Bettys here. Would you like to go to the movies with me this afternoon? B: Yes, Id love to. A: Well meet you at the cinema at 3:00. B: Okay. Goodbye. A: Bye.Eg.2. A: Hello. This is Peter speaking. Is that Tom? B: No. This is Bob. Hold on, please. Ill see if he is in. Oh, Im sorry. He is not here at the moment. A: Thank you very much. Can you take a message for me? B: Sure. A: Please tell him to call me when he is back. B: Ok. Ill tell him. A: Thank you. B: Its my pleasure.(三)现在进行时。 现在进行时的结构,不但可以表示现在正在进行的动作,还可以表示将要发生的动作。这种用法常和go, come, meet, leave, have, visit 等词连用。Eg.1. A: What are you doing on Sunday? B: In the morning, Im playing tennis but Im free in the afternoon. 2. Im going shopping this weekend. 3. She is going to the beach with her family tomorrow.(四)表示频率的副词和短语。always, sometimes, often, never, once a week, twice a week, about twice a week, three times a week, nearly every daye.g.1. A: How often do you surf the Internet? B: Every day. 2. A: How often does he go to the concert? B: About once a week.(五)Words study。1. get ready for 做好准备,准备做e.g. Have you got ready for the journey? Wed better get ready for leaving here.2.on ones own 靠自己, 独立e.g. Can you finish your homework on your own? I can carry the box on my own, because its too heavy.3. on time 按时,准时e.g. The plane arrived on time.Be here tomorrow on time.4. arrive at/in 到达e.g. The train arrived at the station on time.When will you arrive in Beijing ?(六)课堂练习。一、选择方框中词语的正确形式填空。 how how often what do take cook1. do you surf the Internet?Once a day.2. did you do yesterday afternoon?I played volleyball.3. your mother go shopping every day?
