and 500 ones in the third step.in the first step, the company needs to get to know about the culture, research the market including the consuming habits and so on, finance the capital, select the venues, implement decorating process andrecruit and train staffs and operate the branches.in the second step, the company could do some advertisement on large joining website to attract the investors give regular attention to subordinates continuous development. they should discuss the need of development planning for meeting and coaching, mentoring, counseling. they should make learning easier by
