2、制报告未经重新加盖计量认证章、资质专用章以及委托检验专用章或业务专用章无效。 3、报告无报告人、审核人、批准人签章无效。 4、报告涂改、换页无效,无骑缝章无效。 5、对送样委托检测,检测报告仅对来样负责。 6、对检测报告若有异议,应于收到报告之日起十五日内向检测单位提出。 医疗中心医院建设工程纯地下室静载荷试验、动力触探检测一、前言 我公司受的委托,于 年 月 日至 日对工程纯地下室的振冲碎石桩桩体进行了动力触探检测;于 年 月 日至 月 日进行了单桩复合地基静载荷试验。 检测目的:通过静载试验,模拟建筑物地基的实际受荷条件,测定振冲碎石桩复合地基的承载力特征值和变形参数。通过动力触探,对桩体

3、进行评价,判定地基振冲碎石桩桩体的施工质量。 现根据试验数据和资料综合分析提交试验报告。二、检测规范、原理建筑地基处理技术规范(JGJ79-2012);岩土工程勘察规范(GB50021-2001 2009版);四川省建筑地基基础检测技术规程(DBJ51/T014-2013)。1、静载荷试验:采用正方形承压板,压板面积为1.14m2,由千斤顶反力加荷,精密百分表测量沉降。根据沉降计算各测点承载力特征值。试验加荷共分8级,每级加荷后立即读记一次沉降量,以后每隔30min观测一次,每级荷载的维持时间均不得少于1.5小时,稳定标准为每小时的沉降量小于0.1mm。2、桩体检测:采用SH30型钻机及N12

4、0动探配套设备,使用超重型动力触探,依据N120每10cm贯入的锤击数对振冲碎石桩桩体进行评价,判定成桩质量,其检测深度应与地基处理的深度相同。三、工程慨述该工程地基基础由公司设计。地基采用振冲碎石桩复合地基,桩径为900mm,桩距1.15m,排距0.996m,设计要求加固处理后地基承载力特征值fspk250kPa,压缩模量Esp15MPa。振冲碎石桩地基施工由公司承担。由公司监理。四、工程地质概况 拟建场地位于 市。本次勘察表明,拟建场地勘探深度范围内的地层主要由第四系人工填土层(Q4ml)杂填土、素填土、第四系全新统(Q4al+pl)冲洪积层粉质粘土、粉土、中砂和卵石层组成。地层从上至下描

5、述如下:(1-1)杂填土(Q4ml):杂色;松散;干燥稍湿;由混凝土块、砖瓦、卵石等建筑垃圾组成,含少量粘性土。该层场地内均有分布,类型为新近堆积填土,层厚0.20m-0.50m左右。(1-2)素填土(Q4ml):褐灰、褐黄色;稍密;稍湿;以粘土为主,含少量植物根茎。该层场地广泛分布,堆积年限5年。层厚0.20m-1.40m 。(2-1)粉质粘土(Q4al+pl ): 褐黄色灰黑色,可塑;干强度中等,韧性中等,稍有光泽,无摇震反应,含少量铁锰质氧化物。该层场地分布较广泛,层厚1.60-4.30m。(2-2)粉土(Q4al+pl):浅黄色褐黄色,松散-稍密,湿。含铁锰质氧化物,夹薄层粉砂,无光泽

6、、干强度较低、韧性低、摇震反应中等。该层于场地内分布较广泛,层厚0.30-2.20m。(3)中砂(Q4al+pl):褐灰色、黄色;湿;结构松散;以长石、石英为主,岩屑次之,云母及黏粒颗粒少量。层厚0.40m-2.10m。(4)卵石(Q4al+pl):褐黄、黄灰色等,湿-饱和。主要以花岗岩、砂岩及石英岩等组成,中微风化,一般粒径210cm,大者可达20cm以上,隙间充填砂、圆砾及少量粘性土;据N120动探试验,卵石层密实度可分为松散、稍密、中密、密实四个亚层。五、检测的仪器设备1、千斤顶:#、#、#、# 2、0.4级(100MPa)精密压力表:D#、D#、F#、F#3、百分表:(050mm),精

7、度: 0.01mm,编号:#、#、#、#、#、#、#、#、#、#、#、#、#、#、#、#4、承压板:正方形1.14m2 5、钻机:SH-30型及N120动探配套设备六、试验点位的选取本次检测范围内布置总桩数约为3100根,振冲碎石桩复合地基静载试验按总桩数的1%抽取且每个单体工程不少于3点;桩体动探按总桩数的3%抽取,桩间土动探按总桩数的2%抽取。本次选点由委托方、设计方、监理方在现场根据场地的开挖的地质情况及建筑的荷载要求共同确定31个静载试验点、124个桩体动探点,62个桩间土动探点。选点原则:1、一般情况下在整个施工场地内均匀布置试验点;2、当施工场地地质条件变化较大时,应在较差地段布置
