2025工程合同范本（中英版）2025EngineeringContract范本（中英文版）正文1.合同编号ThisContractishereinafterreferredtoasContractNo..2.工程概况TheEngineer'sNameis,andtheEngineeringProjectis（hereinafterreferredtoas"theProject"）.3.合同范围ThescopeoftheContractshallincludebutnotlimitedtothefollowing:3.1.工程内容TheworktobeperformedunderthisContractshallincludethedesign,planning,construction,andcompletionoftheProject,inaccordancewiththespecificationsandrequirementssetforthinthisContract.3.2.工程质量标准AllworksperformedunderthisContractshallcomplywiththerelevantnationalandlocalstandardsandregulations,aswellasanyadditionalrequirementsspecifiedinthisContract.3.3.材料与设备AllmaterialsandequipmenttobeusedintheProjectshallbeofthequalityandspecificationsasagreeduponbythePartiesandassetforthinthisContract.4.合同工期TheconstructionperiodfortheProjectshallbedays,startingfromandendingat.TheContractorshallcompletetheProjectwithinthespecifiedtimeframeandshallnotdelaytheschedulewithoutvalidcause.5.合同价款与支付方式ThetotalcontractpricefortheProjectshallbe（currency）,includingalldesign,construction,andcompletioncosts.Thepaymentscheduleshallbeasfollows:5.1.首期付款UponsigningthisContract,theClientshallpay（currency）totheContractorastheinitialpayment.5.2.进度付款TheContractorshallsubmitprogressreportsandinvoicestotheClientona（frequency）basis.TheClientshallpayeachprogresspaymentwithindaysofreceiptoftheinvoice.5.3.尾款支付ThefinalpaymentshallbemadebytheClienttotheContractoruponthesuccessfulcompletionandacceptanceoftheProject.6.双方权利与义务TherightsandobligationsofbothPartiesunderthisContractareasfollows:6.1.甲方（Client）的权利与义务TheClientshallhavetherightto:a)Reviewandapprovealldesigns,plans,andprogressreportssubmittedbytheContractor.b)InspecttheSiteandtheprogressoftheProjectatreasonableintervals.c)ReceivethecompletedProjectandtakepossessionofituponsuccessfulcompletionandacceptance.TheClientshallhavetheobligationto:a)Provideallnecessaryinformation,documents,andapprovalsrequiredfortheProject.b)Paythecontractpriceinaccordancewiththeagreedpaymentschedule.c)CooperatewiththeContractorinordertoensurethetimelycompletionoftheProject.6.2.乙方（Contractor）的权利与义务TheContractorshallhavetherightto:a)Requestpaymentinaccordancewiththeagreedpaymentschedule.b)SeekclarificationormodificationofthisContractifanyambiguityordiscrepancyisfound.c)ClaimdamagesforanybreachofcontractbytheClient.TheContractorshallhavetheobligationto:a)PerformallworkinaccordancewiththespecificationsandrequirementssetforthinthisContract.b)Usematerialsandequipmentoftheagreedqualityandspecifications.c)CompleteanddelivertheProjectwithinthespecifiedtimeframe.7.工程质量与验收ThequalityoftheworkperformedbytheContractorshallcomplywiththestandardsandregulationsspecifiedinthisContract.UponcompletionoftheProject,theContractorshallsubmitawrittennoticetotheClientforinspectionandacceptance.TheClientshallinspecttheProjectwithinareasonabletimeframeandprovidewrittenacceptanceorspecificwrittencommentsregardinganydefects.Ifanydefectsarefound,theContractorshallberesponsibleforrectifyingthemattheirownexpensewithindaysofreceivingthewrittencomments.8.违约责任与赔偿IntheeventofanybreachofthisContractbyeitherParty,thebreachingPartyshallbeliableforthelossesanddamagessufferedbytheotherPartyasadirectresultofsuchbreach.8.1.延期违约责任IftheContractorfailstocompletetheProjectwithinthespecifiedtimeframe,theyshallbesubjecttoaliquidateddamagesof（currency）perdayforeachdayofdelay,exceptincasesofforcemajeure.8.2.质量违约责任IfthequalityoftheworkperformedbytheContractorfailstomeettheagreedstandards,theyshallberesponsibleforrectifyingthedefectsattheirownexpenseandcompensatetheClientforanyadditionalcostsincurred.9.争议解决AnydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisContractshallberesolvedthroughfriendlynegotiationsbetweentheParties.Ifthenegotiationsfail,thedisputesshallbesubmittedtothe（courtorarbitrationinstitution）forarbitrationinaccordancewithitsrules.10.合同的生效与终止ThisContractshallcomeintoeffectuponsignatureandsealingbybothParties.ItshallterminateuponthesuccessfulcompletionandacceptanceoftheProjectbytheClient,providedthatallobligationsunderthisContracthavebeenfulfilled.11.其他条款AnyamendmentsorsupplementstothisContractmustbemadeinwritingandsignedbybothParties.ThisContractismadein（number）copies,witheachPartyholding（number）copies.12.保密条款BothPartiesagreetokeepallinformationanddocumentsrelatedtothisContractconfidentialandnottodisclosethemtoanythirdpartywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheotherParty.13.通知与通讯Allnotices,requests,demands,orothercommunicationsrequiredorpermittedunderthisContractshallbeinwritingandshallbedeemedtohavebeendulygivenwhendeliveredpersonally,orwhensentbyregisteredorcertifiedmail,returnreceiptrequested,orbytelegramwithwrittenconfirmationofreceipt.14.不可抗力NeitherPartyshallbeliableforanyfailureordelayinperformingitsobligationsunderthisContractifsuchfailureordelayisduetocircumstancesbeyondtheirreasonablecontrol,includingbutnotlimitedtonaturaldisasters,war,orgovernmentactions.15.附则ThisContractisattachedwiththefollowingdocuments,whichareintegralpartsofthisContract:a)ProjectDesignandSpecificationsb)
