(1)“大学英语B”网考的考试时间和考试次数是什么？

回答：每年全国高校网络教育考试委员会(后面简称为网考委)分别于4月、9月和12月

举办三次“大学英语B”网络教育全国统一考试(后面简称为“大学英语B”网考)。具体考试

日期根据当年网考委下发文件确定。

(2)“英语II(2)”课程和“大学英语B”网考具有什么关系？

回答：很多学生常把“英语II(2)”课程和“大学英语B”网考相混淆，其实，“英语H(2)”

课程的开设是与“大学英语B”网考紧密相连的，但是搞清其区别十分必要。

在确定了电大本科学生(非英语和艺术专业)需要参加“大学英语B”网考之后，考虑到

学分和组织教学等问题，中央电大开设了“英语H(2)”课程，并规定：1)通过“大学英语B”

网考的学生直接可以获得“英语II(2)”课程的学分。2)入学注册时年龄达到40岁的学生

可以免考“大学英语B”网考，直接参加“英语II(2)”课程的考核即可。3)入学注册时年

龄低于40岁的学生必须参加“大学英语B”网考，但是不必参加“英语II(2)”课程的考核，

因为通过“大学英语B”网考，即可直接获得“英语H(2)”课程的学分。

(3)“大学英语B"网考是什么性质的考试？

非英语专业和非艺术专业的本科学生。通过“大学英语B”网考是该类学生获得毕业证书的必

根据教育部的《实施意见》，符合下列条件者可免修免考相应科目：

1、已具有国民教育系列本科及本科以上学历者（含本科），可免修免考全国网考的计算机应

用基础、大学英语（A）、大学英语（B）或大学英语（C）。学生须提交毕业证书原件及复

印件。

2、除计算机类专业外，获得全国计算机等级考试级B及以上级别者，可免考全国网考的

计算机应用基础课程。学生须提交等级证书原件及复印件。

3、除英语专业外，获得大学英语等级考试（CET）四级及以上级别证书者、全国公共英语

等级考试（PETS）三级及以上证书者、省级教育行政部门组织的成人教育学位英语考试合

格证书者，可免考全国网考的大学英语（B）或大学英语（C）。学生须提交等级证书原件及

复印件。
