2025租房合同英文范本**ResidentialLeaseAgreement(EffectiveforRentalsin2025)**Thisleaseagreement("Agreement")ismadeandenteredintoonthisdayof,2025,byandbetweenthefollowingparties:Landlord(Owner):,residingat(hereinafterreferredtoas"Landlord")Tenant:,residingat(hereinafterreferredtoas"Tenant")1.PremisesTheLandlordherebyleasesandlets,andtheTenantagreestorentandoccupythepropertylocatedat(hereinafterreferredtoas"Premises")forthetermspecifiedherein.2.TermofLeaseTheleaseshallcommenceon,2025,andterminateon,2025(the"LeaseTerm").TheTenantmayrenewthisleaseundermutuallyagreedtermsuponwrittennoticegivenatleastsixty(60)dayspriortotheexpirationdate.3.RentThemonthlyrentshallbedollars($),dueandpayableonorbeforethefirstdayofeachmonthduringtheLeaseTerm.Allpaymentsmustbemadeinaccordancewiththetermsspecifiedherein,includingmodeofpayment(e.g.,banktransfer,check)andanyapplicablefees.4.SecurityDepositTheTenantshallpayasecuritydepositintheamountofdollars($)uponsigningthisAgreement.ThisdepositshallbeheldbytheLandlordtosecuretheperformanceoftheTenant'sobligationsunderthislease.ThesecuritydepositmaybeusedbytheLandlord,attheirsolediscretion,torepairdamagecausedbytheTenantorforanydefaultinthepaymentofrentorothersumsdueunderthisAgreement.AnyremainingbalanceshallberefundedtotheTenantwithinthirty(30)daysaftertheterminationofthelease.5.UseofPremisesTheTenantagreestousethePremisessolelyforresidentialpurposesandnottoengageinanyillegalactivitiesorconductthatmaydisturbneighboringtenantsorviolatelocallaws,regulations,orordinances.6.MaintenanceandRepairsTheLandlordshallmaintainthestructuralintegrityofthePremisesandensurecompliancewithallapplicablebuildingcodes.TheTenantisresponsibleformaintainingtheinteriorofthePremisesinacleanandreasonablemanner,includingroutinemaintenanceandrepairstoplumbing,electricalsystems,appliances,andfixturesunlesssuchdamageormalfunctionarisesfrominherentdefectsornormalwearandtear.7.InsuranceTheTenantshallmaintainadequateinsurancecoverageontheirpersonalpropertywithinthePremises.TheLandlordisnotresponsibleforanylossordamagetotheTenant'spropertyunlesscausedbytheLandlord'snegligence.8.UtilitiesTheTenantagreestopayallutilitychargesassociatedwiththePremises,includingbutnotlimitedtoelectricity,gas,water,andtrashservices.TheLandlordshallprovidetheTenantwithnecessaryinformationtoestablishaccountsfortheseutilitiesuponmove-in.9.AlterationsandImprovementsTheTenantmaynotmakeanyalterationsorimprovementstothePremiseswithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord.AnyunauthorizedchangesmustberestoredattheTenant'sexpense.10.SublettingandAssignmentTheTenantshallnotsubletthePremisesorassignthisleasetoanyotherpartywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord.AnysuchactionshallconstituteamaterialbreachofthisAgreement.11.DefaultandRemediesTheTenantshallbeindefaultiftheyfailtopayrentoranyotherchargesunderthisAgreementwithinfive(5)daysaftertheduedate,oriftheyviolateanymaterialtermorconditionofthislease.Uponsuchdefault,theLandlordmaypursuealllegalremediesavailableunderapplicablelaw,includingbutnotlimitedtoterminationoftheleaseandrecoveryofpossessionofthePremises.12.TerminationEitherpartymayterminatethisAgreementuponthirty(30)days'writtennoticeiftheotherpartybreachesanymaterialtermorconditionofthisleaseandfailstocuresuchbreachwithinthirty(30)daysafterreceivingwrittennoticethereof.13.IndemnificationTheTenantagreestoindemnifyandholdharmlesstheLandlord,theiragents,employees,andassignsfromanyclaims,damages,orexpensesarisingoutoftheTenant'suseofthePremisesortheiractionsduringtheLeaseTerm.14.GoverningLawThisAgreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsofthestatewherethePremisesarelocated.15.EntireAgreementThiswrittenleaseconstitutestheentireagreementbetweentheLandlordandTenant,supersedesallprioragreementsorunderstandings,andcannotbeamendedexceptinwritingsignedbybothparties.16.NoticeAllnoticesrequiredunderthisAgreementshallbeinwritinganddeliveredpersonallyorviacertifiedmailtotherespectiveaddressesofthepartiesasprovidedherein.17.ForceMajeureNeitherpartyshallbeliableforanyfailureordelayinperformanceresultingfromeventsbeyondtheirreasonablecontrol,includingbutnotlimitedtonaturaldisasters,war,orgovernmentalactions.18.MiscellaneousIfanyprovisionofthisAgreementisfoundtobeinvalidorunenforceable,theremainingprovisionsshallremaininfullforceandeffect.ThisAgreementbindstheheirs,successors,andassignsofbothparties.INWITNESSWHEREOF,theLandlordandTenanthaveexecutedthisleaseagreementasofthedatefirstabovewritten.Landlord(
