6.2TheLessorshallberesponsibleforinsuringthebuildingstructureandcommonfacilitiesoftheWarehouse.
7.TransferandAssignment
7.1TheLesseeshallnottransferorassigntherightsandobligationsunderthisContractwithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLessor.
7.2TheLessorshallnottransferorassigntherightsandobligationsunderthisContractwithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLessee.
8.TerminationandRenewal
8.1EitherpartymayterminatethisContractupongiving_______days'writtennoticetotheotherparty.
8.2ThisContractmaybereneweduponmutualagreementbetweentheparties.
9.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution

6.3PartyAshallcomplywithallapplicablelawsandregulationsduringtheleaseterm.
7.RightsandObligationsofPartyB
7.1PartyBshallhavetherighttoreceivetherentfromPartyAandshallusetheproceedsforPartyC'sbenefit.
7.2PartyBshallhavetherighttoinspecttheWarehouseandensurethatPartyAisusingitinaccordancewiththeContract.
8.ObligationsofPartyB
8.1PartyBshallberesponsibleforthemaintenanceandrepairofthebuildingstructureandcommonfacilitiesoftheWarehouse.
8.2PartyBshallprovidePartyAwithallnecessaryaccessandsupporttoenabletheefficientuseoftheWarehouse.
9.RightsandObligationsofPartyC
9.1PartyCshallhavetherighttoreviewandapproveanysubleasingagreementsenteredintobyPartyA.
9.2PartyCshallhavetherighttoreceivethenetprofitsgeneratedfromtheWarehouse,afterdeductingtherentandotherexpenses.
10.ObligationsofPartyC
10.1PartyCshallprovidePartyBwithallnecessaryinformationanddocumentationtofacilitatetheleaseagreement.
10.2PartyCshallberesponsibleforanylegaldisputesorclaimsarisingfromPartyA'suseoftheWarehouse.
11.TerminationandRenewal
