1.ScopeofAgreement

6.LiabilityandClaims

IntheeventofanybreachoftheAgreementbyeitherParty,thenon-breachingPartyshallhavetherighttoclaimdamagesfromthebreachingParty.AllclaimsshallbesubmittedinwritingtotheotherPartywithin[number]daysoftheoccurrenceofthebreach.

7.ForceMajeure

NeitherPartyshallbeliableforanyfailureordelayintheperformanceofitsobligationsunderthisAgreementduetocausesbeyonditsreasonablecontrol,includingbutnotlimitedto:actsofGod,naturaldisasters,war,civilunrest,andgovernmentactions.

8.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution
