b.PaytheAgentthecommissionsandothercompensationassetforthinArticle5ofthisAgreement;

c.NotenterintoanyagreementwithanythirdpartythatmayconflictwiththerightsandinterestsoftheAgentunderthisAgreement;

d.ProvidetheAgentwithtimelyfeedbackontheperformanceoftheAgent'sactivities.

5.Compensation

TheAgentshallbeentitledtoreceivethefollowingcompensation:
