3船舶主要要素的初步拟定3.1主尺度初步估算母型船主尺度参数:018780.1t,LPP0137.2m,B022m,d07.8m,D010.8。此次设计任务书对新船的要求为:DW16500t,V15.00kn7.72m/s。附体系数取k1.006。3.1.1载重量系数估算载重量系数为载重量与排水量的比,它体现了船舶载货能力的大小,表示对排水量的使用率,近年来,有变大的趋势。公式: (3-1)k取值范围为1.0~1.02,取1.0得:3.1.2排水量估算 1)主尺度比法经分析母型船及统计范围后选择出LB=K1,Bd=K2及方形系数Cb(3.6)(3.7)(3.8)(3.9)由此可得,即设计船的主要尺度要素为,Lpp=144.34m,B=23.15m,d=8.21m,D=11.36m由此得到方形系数近似值由此初步拟定主尺度为Lpp=144.34m,B=23.15m,d=8.21m,D=11.36m3.2性能校核3.2.1排水量校核1)钢料重量有统计法公式:(3-10)WH=4589.50式中K取值:仅有双重底时,K=0.261~0.273有双底双壳时,K=0.276~0.345本船为双底双壳K取0.2762)栖装重量(3-11)式中441.313)机电设备重量海军系数法:(3-12)设计船,保持百分之10的功率储备P=5332.05选取主机如表3-1表3-1WARTSILA16V26参数参数名称参数值品牌WARTSILA型号16V26转速(r/min)1000长/宽/高5973×2489×3261缸径(mm)260功率(kw)5440重量(kg)36500活塞行程(mm)320燃油消耗量R1/L1185机电设备重量估算采用经验公式REF_Ref7316\w\h[1](3-13)式中—主机功率(kW);—机电设备重量系数。对于中速主机,5~6;对于低速主机,在10000kW以上时=7~8,在10000kW以下时8~9。根据本船主机型号,取=8。代入相关数据得到646.20t。考虑排水量裕度,避免由于估算的误差等一些问题导致排水量变化,本次设计取3%的船体钢料重量以及8%的舾装重量和机电设备重量[1]。则空船重量为:LW=103%WH+108%(WM+WO)=5901.68t本船载重量:3.2.2重力与浮力的平衡采用诺曼系数法进行重量与浮力的平衡。1)诺曼系数如(3-14)所示。(3-14)依据上式计算时,N≈1.09,之后不再计算。2)载重量增量524.97t。3)排水量增量573.06t。修正完后的主尺度如表3-2和表3-3所示。表3-2修正后的主尺度主尺度数值单位Lpp144.34mB23.15mD11.66md8.42mCB0.774△22449.77t表3-3修正后的其他数据其他数据数值单位WH4589.50tWo445.10tWM646.20tLW5905.79tMCR5378.64kWCSR4840.78kW3.2.3空船重心高度空船重心高度如(3-15)所示。(3-15)1)计算船体钢料重心高如(3-15)~(3-18)[1]所示。(3-16)(3-17)其中:是计算到型深的方形系数。计算得:CEH≈0.493,ZgH≈5.75m,D1=11.51m,CBD=0.803。2)计算舾装重心高度:一般油船的重心高度如(1-20)[1]所示。(3-18)计算得:Zgo=1.05D1=12.24m。3)机电设备重心高度在主尺度初步选择中,对船舶机电设备重量中心高度的估算一般为粗略估算,此次设计取0.55D[1]。计算得ZgM≈6.41m,ZgE≈6.33m。新船重心的裕度的考虑,将新船重心高度取在1.2Zg[1]处,得ZgE≈7.7m。最终选定的主尺度:Lpp=144.34m,B=23.15m,d=8.42m,D=11.66m,
4Maxsurf中新船建模与型线设计4.1新船建模与型线设计型线设计原则:保证良好的航海性能,考虑船体结构的合理性和工艺性,考虑总布置的要求,满足型线设计精度,外观造型。首先在Maxsurf中用SizeSurface按一定比例放大母型船船模,形成初步新船船模。然后根据建成的母型船的船体模型以及之前所得的新船主尺度,在Maxsurf的Data菜单中的ParametricTransformation功能,锁定新船的部分参数Cb,LWL,B,D进行改造,此功能是引用型线改造中的Lackenby法,可同时修改Cp、lp、XB,见图4-1。Lackenby法的优点是:可灵活地按需要来改变面机曲线的要素,但计算较复杂,需要编制程序,在计算机上进行运算和改造。新船船模见图4-2;新船横剖面面积曲线见图4-3;新船型线图见图4-4,图4-5,详细图纸见附录B图4-1Lackenby法型线设计图图4-2新船模型图4-3新船横剖面面积曲线4.2新船船模的型线三向光顺分别取横剖面,纵剖面,水线面上的曲度最大的曲线,观察曲率棒是否光顺来检验一下型线设计三向光顺性,见图4-1、图4-2。图4-1新船横剖面的三向光顺检验图4-2新船纵剖面的三向光顺检验4.3新船船模的性能参数新船在Maxsurf建好模型后所得的静水力计算见表4-1。表4-1静水力计算项目数值单位排水量22559t排水体积22009.207m^3船舯吃水8.420m吃水8.420m水线长146.112m水线处最大宽度23.147m湿面积4850.584m^2水线面面积192.227m^2菱形系数2986.487m^2方形系数0.784中横剖面系数0.773水线面系数0.987浮心距零点纵向位置-69.967fromzeropt.漂心距零点纵向位置-74.176fromzeropt.浮心垂向高度4.41m初稳心半径5.354m纵稳心半径197.967m横稳性高9.767m纵稳性高202.380m5新船快速性的初步计算5.1设计主要要求设计航速为15节。5.2Resistance阻力计算依据及计算结果根据MaxsurfResistance使用说明及新船要求的航速航区等条件,可以看出用Series60计算出来的结果都在允许范围内,以下是对比过程。方形系数要求:0.6<Cb<0.8新船Cb=0.773,因此符合要求。要求:5.5<<8.5新船=6.23,因此符合要求。要求:2.5<<3.5新船=2.74,因此符合要求。由此可知,用Series60方法计算新船快速性。在航速为15kn时功率为4932kW()81%:图5-1航速与主机功率关系表5-1新船部分快速性计算表项目航速(kn)阻力(KN)功率(KW)113.125344.42871.187213.500370.03172.623313.875400.83531.957414.250434.63932.902514.625471.04375.266615.000517.74932.216计算结果得出航速在15节的时候船收到的阻力为517kN,主机功率为4932kW下就是关系曲线图5-2、图5-3和计算表5-1。图5-2功率与航速的关系曲线图图5-3阻力与航速的关系曲线图由以上图5-2图5-3表5-1可以看出,当新船的航速达到15节时,将会受到516.03kN大小的阻力,主机功率的需求为4916kW。与之前考虑到功率储备时的主机功率5440kw相近,所以新船主机功率是满足任务设计书里面的快速性要求。
6性能初步估计与校核6.1干舷计算及校核悬挂中国国旗的非国际航行船舶需要遵守中国《船舶设计实用手册》[7]中各有关规定。1)最小干舷校核最小干舷可由(6-1)[1]计算。(6-1)2)基本干舷F0公约和法规中A型船(本设计船属于此类)以船长为参数列表给出标准船的基本干舷如表6-1所示,基本干舷由表1-9插值取得[1]。F0≈1875mm表6-1A类船舶基本表列干舷船长干舷143185314418701451886对于干舷修正值f1,根据《国际航行的海船法定检验技术规则》,在船长LPP>100m,取值为0,新船符合要求,因此f1=0。3)方形系数对干舷的修正值(6-2)故计算得出128.22mm4)型深对干舷的修正值(6-3)L>120m,R=250mm,故计算得出472.16mm上层建筑和围壁对干舷的修正值(6-4)L>122m,=-1070mm,根据文献[1]可得K=0.075,故=-80.25mm非标准弧对干舷的修正值缺少母型船资料,并且初步设计时可暂不修正。则F=2.4m,d+F=10.82m<D,因此最小干舷符合要求。6.2舱室初步划分1)肋骨间距的选取REF_Ref10105\w\h[2]:Sb10.0016PP0.1000(6-5)计算取肋骨间距为0.6m首尾尖舱长度的确定LfLPP0.08(6-6)LaLPP0.05(6-7)计算得LA=6.9m;LF=11.4m;3)机舱长度的确定机舱所需长度——可以用统计公式估算:LM=15+0.607Pmcr/1000=18.26(6-5)这里取19.2m4)货油舱布置的确定根据我国船级社《钢制海船入级规范》REF_Ref7673\r\h[4]规定海船的水密横舱壁的总数一般应不少于其最小数目的规定,船长在范围内,尾机型的水密舱壁数目应不少于8个,5)货油舱长度的确定泵舱取4.8m首隔离舱1.8m污油舱2.4mL=144.3-11.4-6.9-5-19.2=102m实际货油长=97.8m6)双层底高和边舱宽度的确定依照MARPOL公约的要求,在时,对双层底高以及边舱宽度应按照以下公式:H==1.6m(6-6)(6-7)所以本船边舱宽度取2.3m,双层底高度取1.6m。舱室初步划分示意图6-1,图6-2.图6-1新船舱室划分图1图6-2新船舱室划分图2
