在2023-2024年冰雪季，哈尔滨市依托“有为政府”“有效市场”“有爱市民”，及时

将力量沉到“第一线”、服务做到“家门口”、诚意送到“心坎上”，着力擦亮“政通人和”

魅力之城、“开放有序”活力之城、“友爱友善”幸福之城三张名片，叫响“礼迎天下客、

冰雪暖世界”，将冰雪“冷资源”转化为推动哈尔滨全面振兴发展的强大势能。

哈尔滨冰雪“现象级”之路的铺就，离不开历史机遇、城市文脉、市民素质、宣传

策划、游客响应等众多要素的有力支撑，也离不开宣传工作的融合给力。

2024中国公共关系发展大会由中国公共关系协会主办，聚焦“公共关系与中国特

色社会治理”主题。大会共推选出30个“年度公共关系优秀案例”和20个“年度公共关

系示范案例”，总结展示了2024年度公共关系助力高质量发展、中国特色社会治理等

方面的实践和成果。
