standards

Selectionofpipelinematerialdesignshouldfirstconsiderthe

questionisaseriesofpressurepipingandcomponentsstandard.

Theapplicationofstandardsystem.Apipesystem(Road)set

standardsforeachelement.Thesestandardsshouldincludepipe

fittingsseriesseriesstandard,standard,andflange

connectorseriesstandard,standardvalves.Thesestandards

areusedinapipelinethroughcertainrules,theirmutual

connection,mutualcooperation,andbasicparametersofthe

pipelineanditscomponentsaredetermined.Thesestandards

especiallyinstandardpipeandflangeandflangestandard

standardquasiGuanZibiaothemostrepresentative,whichis

thebasisofstandardpipeflangestandardanditsapplication

standard.Belowthestandardpipeandflangestandard,

applicationstandard.Atpresent,therearemanycountriesin

theworldontheapplicationofstandardsystem,different

countriesanddifferentindustrieshaveTheapplicationof

differentstandardsandstandards,somealotofdifference

betweenthem,andthusnotsupportingtheuseofswaptoalot

oftroubletotheuser.Therefore,thefirststepistochoose

thedesignofpressurepipingapplicationsstandardsystem,and

asaunifieddesign,soastoavoidtherelevantprofessional

standardsforothersystemusesnotinterchangeableandlead

toerrors.Theapplicationofstandardsofdifferentcountries

canbedividedintotwocategories.Thepipesthatthepipe

diameterisdividedintoseriesofinternationalgeneralseries

子,sch80相当于xs.4.1国际上常用的标准体系随着我国对外改

革开放和加入wto,各行业与国际上联系越来越多,为了更好地与

国际接轨,就要求从事压力管道设计的人员对国际上通用的和先进

的相关标准体系有所了解.下面介绍几个主要的应用标准体系.

列1基本上采用了ansi的尺寸,仅dn>1100mm时(已不太常用)

则使用了〃小外径系列〃的尺寸.♦管法兰:同时包括了〃美式法
