2.4.1Generalsafetynotes
TheservodrivecorrespondstoIP20degreeofprotectionaswellaspollutiondegree2.Makesurethattheenvironmentcorrespondstothisdegreeofprotectionandpollutiondegree.
Onlyusereplacementpartsandaccessoriesapprovedbythemanufacturer.
ThedevicesmustbeconnectedtothemainssupplyasperENregulations,sothattheycanbecutoffthemainssupplybymeansofcorrespondingseparationdevices(for
examplemainswitch,contactor,powerswitch).
TheservodrivemaybeprotectedusinganAC/DCsensitive300mAfaultcurrentprotectionswitch,typeB(RCD=ResidualCurrentprotectiveDevice).
Goldcontactsorcontactswithahighcontactpressureshouldbeusedtoswitchthecontrolcontacts.
Preventiveinterferencerejectionmeasuresshouldbetakenforcontrolpanels,suchasconnectingcontactorsandrelaysusingRCelementsordiodes.
Thesafetyrulesandregulationsofthecountryinwhichthedevicewillbeoperatedmustbecompliedwith.
