TheSalesDirectorisresponsiblefortheoverallsalesstrategyofanorganization.Thisincludesidentifyingnewmarketsandfindingnewopportunitiestosellproductsandservices.Theyareresponsiblefordevelopingsalesplans,settingsalesgoalsandtargets,andensuringthatsalesteamsaremeetingtheirobjectives.

Responsibilities:

1.Developingandimplementingsalesstrategiestomeetorexceedrevenuetargets.

2.Settingsalesgoalsandtargetsforsalesteams.

3.EstablishingKPIstomeasuresalessuccess.

4.Identifyingnewmarketsandopportunitiesforgrowth.

5.Developingplanstopenetratenewmarkets.

6.Managingandcoachingsalesteamstoensuretheyaremeetingsalestargets.

7.Buildingandmaintainingrelationshipswithkeycustomers.

8.Negotiatingandclosingdealswithcustomers.

9.Developingandmaintainingadeepknowledgeoftheindustryandmarketplace.

10.Trackingcustomerfeedbackandusingittoimprovethesalesprocess.

11.Communicatingsalesprogressandresultstoseniormanagement.

12.Developingandmaintainingexcellentinternalrelationshipswithotherdepartments,suchasmarketing,productdevelopment,andcustomerservice.

13.Ensuringsalesteamshaveaccesstothetrainingandresourcestheyneedtobesuccessful.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor’sorMaster’sdegreeinbusinessadministration,salesormarketing.

2.Minimumof10yearsofexperienceinsalesmanagement,withatleast3yearsinaleadershipposition.

3.Strongtrackrecordofmeetingandexceedingsalestargets.

4.Provenabilitytodevelopandimplementsuccessfulsalesstrategies.

5.Strongleadershipandcoachingskills.

6.Excellentcommunicationandnegotiationskills.

7.Strongorganizationalandtime-managementskills.

8.Adeepknowledgeoftheindustryandmarketplace.

9.Abilitytoworkinafast-paced,results-drivenenvironment.

10.Excellentproblem-solvingandanalyticalskills.

11.Abilitytobuildandmaintainrelationshipswithkeycustomers.

12.Priorexperienceinmanagingandcoachingsalesteamsispreferred.

13.Priorexperienceinthesameindustryormarketispreferred.
