1.Premises

TheLandlordherebyleasestotheTenant,andtheTenantherebyleasesfromtheLandlord,theapartmentlocatedat[ApartmentAddress],(hereinafterreferredtoasthe"Premises").

2.Term

ThetermofthisAgreementshallcommenceon[StartDate]andshallcontinueforaperiodof[NumberofYears]years,unlessterminatedearlierinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthisAgreement.

3.Rent

4.SecurityDeposit

6.MaintenanceandRepairs

TheLandlordshallmaintainthePremisesingoodrepairandcondition,andtheTenantshallkeepthePremisesincleanandorderlycondition.

7.AlterationsandImprovements

TheTenantshallnotmakeanyalterations,improvements,orchangestothePremiseswithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord.

8.AssignmentandSubletting

TheTenantshallnotassignorsubletthePremiseswithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord.

9.Termination

ThisAgreementmaybeterminatedbyeitherpartyuponwrittennoticetotheotherparty,providedthatsuchnoticeisgivenatleast[NumberofDays]dayspriortotheterminationdate.

10.Default

IftheTenantfailstopayrentorviolatesanyothertermofthisAgreement,theLandlordmayterminatethisAgreementandrecoverpossessionofthePremises.

11.GoverningLaw

ThisAgreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[Jurisdiction].

12.EntireAgreement

5.LeaseAgreement
