演讲人:日期:艾滋病介绍英文目录IntroductiontoAIDSBiologyofHIV/AIDSClinicalManifestationsandDiagnosisofAIDSTreatmentOptionsforHIV/AIDSSocialandPsychologicalAspectsofAIDSPreventionStrategiesforHIV/AIDS01IntroductiontoAIDSAIDS,orAcquiredImmunodeficiencySyndrome,isapotentiallylife-threateningconditioncausedbythehumanimmunodeficiencyvirus(HIV)Thisvirusattacksthebody'simmunesystem,specificallytargetingCD4T-cells,whicharecriticalforlightingoffinfectionsanddiseasesDefinitionAIDSwasfirstrecognizedintheearly1980s,primaryaffectingmenwhohavesexwithmenandindividualswhoinjectdrugsSincethen,ithasbecomeaglobalpanel,affectingmillionsofpeopleworldwideHistoryDefinitionandHistoryofAIDSGlobalImpactAIDShashadadevelopingimpactonglobalhealth,causingmillionsofdeathsandleavingmanyindividualslivingwiththevirusIthasalsoledtosignificantsocialandeconomicsequences,specificallyindevelopingcountriesEpidemiologyAIDSisaleadingcauseofdeathworldwide,particularlyamongyoungadultsWhiletreatmentoptionshaveimprovedsignificantlyinrecentyears,thevirusremainsamajorpublichealthconcernGlobalImpactandEpidemiologyTransmissionHIVistransmittedthroughcontactwithinfectedbodilyfluids,suchasblood,sex,orbreastmilkCommonmodesoftransmissionincludeunprotectedsequentialintercources,sharingneedsorsymmetries,andmothertochildtransmissionduringpreheating,childbirth,orbreakfeedingTransmissionandPreventionMethodsPreventionMethodsThemosteffectivewaytopreventthespreadofHIVisthroughtheuseofcommonsduringsequentialintercourseandavoidingsharingneedsorsymmetriesAdditionally,individualscanreducetheirriskbygettingtestedregularly,knowingtheirstatus,andseekingtreatmentifaffectedOtherpreventionstrategiesincludepreexposuremethodology(PrEP)forhighriskindividualsandpostexposuremethodology(PEP)followingpotentialexposuretothevirusTransmissionandPreventionMethods02BiologyofHIV/AIDSStructureHIVisasmallvirusmadeupofacoreofgeneticmaterial(RNA)surroundedbyaprotectivecoatofproteinItalsohasalivemembershipenvelopederivedfromthehostcellitaffects0102FunctionThemainfunctionofHIVistoreplicateandspreadthroughthebody,affectinganddestroyingimmunecells,specificallyCD4+T-cellsThisprocessweakenstheimmunesystem,makingtheindividualmoresusceptibletoopportunisticinfectionsanddiseasesStructureandFunctionofHIVVirusEntryHIVentersthebodythroughdirectcontactwithinfectedbodyfluidsandattachmentstospecificreceiversonthesurfaceofCD4+T-cellsReproductionOnceinsidethecell,HIVusesthecell'smachinerytoreplicateitsgeneticmaterialandproducenewvirusparticlesSpreadTherearenewvirusparticlesthenbutofffromtheaffectedcellsandspreadtoothercells,repeatingthecycleofinfectionandreplicationLatentInfectionHIVcanalsobecomelate,integratingitsgeneticmaterialintothehostcell'sDNAwithoutcausingimmediateharmThisallowsthevirustodegradetheimmunesystemandpersistinthebodyforyearsLifecycleofHIVInfectionintheBodyUponinfection,theimmunesystemmountsaresponseagainstHIV,producingantibioticsandactivatingspecificimmunecellstotargetanddestroythevirusHowever,HIViscapableofevadingandsuppressingtheimmuneresponse,leadingtoachronicinfectionOvertime,thecontinuousreplicationandspreadofHIVcausesaprogressivedeclineinCD4+T-cells,weakeningtheimmunesystemAstheimmunesystemweakens,individualshavebecomemoresusceptibletoopportunisticinfectionsanddiseasesthatwouldnormallybecontrolledbyahealthyimmunesystemThesecanrangefromminorillnessestolifethreadingconditionsInitialResponseChronicinfectionOpportunisticEffectsImmuneSystemResponsetoHIVInfection03ClinicalManifestationsandDiagnosisofAIDSPrimaryInfection(AcuteHIVInfection)Symptomsmayincludefever,headache,rash,somethroat,andswollenlymphnodesThesesymptomsusuallyappearwithin2-4weeksafterinfectionandmaylastforseveralweeksHowever,someindividualsmaynotexperienceanysymptomsduringthisstageClinicalLatentStage(ChronicHIVInfection)ThisstagecanlastformanyyearsandistypicallyasymptomaticTheviruscontinuestoreplicateatlowlevels,andtheimmunesystemgraduallyweakensSymptomaticHIVInfection(AIDS)Astheimmunesystembenefitsseverelydamaged,individualsmayexperiencearangeofsymptoms,includingpersistentfever,weightloss,fatigue,diarrhea,andopportunisticinfectionsStagesofHIVInfectionandSymptomsHIVAntibodyTestDetectsantibioticsproducedbytheimmunesysteminresponsetoHIVinfectionThistestistypicallyusedforinitialscreeningHIVAntigen/AntibodyCombinationTestDetectsbothHIVantibodiesandthep24antigen,whichappearsearlyinthecourseofinfectionThistestcanbeusedtoconfirmHIVinfectionandmaydetectinfectioneitherthroughantibodytestsaloneHIVRNATest(ViralLoadTest)MeasurestheamountofHIVinthebloodThistestisusedtomonitortheprogressofthediseaseandtheeffectivenessofantiviraltherapyDiagnosticTestsforHIV/AIDSOtherInfectiousDiseasesSymptomsofHIV/AIDScanoverlapwiththoseofotherinfectiousdiseases,suchastuberculosis,malaria,andsyphilisItisimportanttoconsiderthesepossibilitiesandrulethemoutthroughappropriatetestingAutoimmuneDiseasesCertainautoimmunediseases,suchaslupusandrheumatoidarthritis,cancausesymptomssimilartothoseseeninHIV/AIDSBloodtestsandotherdiagnosticprocedurescanhelpdifferentiatebetweentheseconditio
