WHEREAS,theEmployerdesirestoengagetheEmployeetoprovideservicesinaccordancewiththetermsandconditionssetforthherein;

NOW,THEREFORE,inconsiderationofthemutualcovenantsandagreementscontainedherein,thepartiesheretoagreeasfollows:

1.Engagement

1.1TheEmployerherebyengagestheEmployeetoperformtheservicesrequiredbytheEmployer(the"Services")ona[Full-Time/Part-Time]basis,subjecttothetermsandconditionssetforthinthisAgreement.

1.2TheEmployeeshallperformtheServicesat[Employer'sAddress]orsuchotherlocationasmaybemutuallyagreeduponbytheparties.

2.Term

2.1ThetermofthisAgreementshallcommenceon[StartDate]andshallcontinueforaperiodof[Duration]unlessterminatedearlierinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthisAgreement.

3.DutiesandResponsibilities

3.1TheEmployeeshallperformtheServiceswithdueskill,care,anddiligence,inaccordancewiththeEmployer'sinstructionsandtheapplicablelawsandregulations.

3.2TheEmployeeshallcomplywiththeEmployer'spolicies,procedures,andstandards,asmaybeamendedfromtimetotime.

4.Compensation

4.1TheEmployeeshallbeentitledtoreceiveamonthlysalaryof[SalaryAmount]("Salary"),payablein[Currency],onorbeforethe[PaymentDate]ofeachmonth.

4.2TheEmployershallprovidetheEmployeewithallnecessarytools,equipment,andmaterialsrequiredtoperformtheServices.

4.3TheEmployershallprovidetheEmployeewith[InsuranceType]insurancecoverage,asmayberequiredbyapplicablelawsandregulations.

5.Termination

5.1ThisAgreementmaybeterminatedbyeitherpartyuponwrittennoticetotheotherparty,providedthatsuchnoticeshallbegivennotlessthan[NoticePeriod]dayspriortotheeffectivedateoftermination.

5.2Intheeventoftermination,theEmployeeshallbeentitledtoreceiveanysalarydueandowinguptotheeffectivedateoftermination.

6.Confidentiality

6.1TheEmployeeagreestokeepconfidentialandnotdisclosetoanythirdpartyanyconfidentialinformation,tradesecrets,orproprietaryinformationoftheEmployer,exceptasrequiredbylaworwiththepriorwrittenconsentoftheEmployer.

7.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution

7.1ThisAgreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[Jurisdiction].

7.2AnydisputearisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisAgreementshallberesolvedthrough[DisputeResolutionMechanism].

8.EntireAgreement

ThisAgreementconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthepartiesandsupersedesallprioragreements,understandings,andnegotiations,whetherwrittenororal,relatingtothesubjectmatterhereof.
