1、操作规定。

1.ThebuyershallhavethecoveringletterofcreditwhichshouldreachtheSeller30daysbeforeshipment,failing

whichtheSellerreservestherighttorescindwithoutfurthernotice,ortoregardasstillvalidwholeoranypartofthis

contractnotfulfilledbytheBuyer,ortolodgeaclaimforlossesthussustained,ifany.

2.IncaseofanydiscrepancyinQuality/Quantity.claimshouldbefiledbytheBuyerwithin30daysafterthearrivalof

thegoodsatportofdestination;whileforquantitydiscrepancy,claimshouldbefiledbytheBuyerwithin15daysafter

ihearrivalof(hegoodsalportofdestination.

3.FortransactionsconcludedonC.I.F.basis,itisunderstoodthattheinsuranceamountwillbefor110%oftheinvoice

valueagainsltherisksspecifiedintheSalesConfirmation.Ifadditionalinsuranceaniouniorcoveragerequired,the

BuyermusthavetheconsentofIheSellerbeforeShipment,andtheadditionalpremiumistobebornebytheBuyer.

4.TheSellershallnotholdliablefornon-deliveryordelayindeliver)'oftheentirelotoraportionofthegoods

hereunderbyreasonofnaturaldisasters,warorothercausesofForceMajeure,However,theSellershallnotifythe

BuyerassoonaspossibleandfurnishtheBuyerwithin15daysbyregisteredairmailwithacertifi-cateissuedbythe

ChinaCouncilforthePromotionofIntcrnalionalTradeattestingsuchcvcnl(s).

5.Alldeputiesarisingoutoftheperformanceof,orrelatingtothiscontract,shallbesettledthroughnegotiatian.Incase

nosettlementcanbereachedthroughnegotiation,thecaseshallthenbesubmittedtotheChinaIntcrnalionalEconomic

andTradeArbitrationCommissionforarbitrationinaccordancewithilsarbitrallules.Thearbitrationshalltakeplacein

Shanghai.Thearbitralawardisfinalandbindinguponbothparties.

6.TheBuyerisrequestedtosignandreturnonecopyofthiscontractimmediatelyafterreceiptofthesame.Objection,

ifany,shouldberaisedbytheBuyerwithinitisunderstoodthattheBuyerhasacceptedthetermsandconditionsof

thisconlracl.
