高强度螺栓连接副，应由制造厂按批配套供货，并必须有出厂质量保证书，且应随箱带有检验报告High-strengthboltsshouldbeprovidedbyoriginalpackage,withbatch,specification,quantityandproductiondateonit.高强度螺栓连接副,应按包装箱配套供货，包装箱上应标明批号、规格、数量及生产日期。Applyprotectionoilonbolt,nutandgasket,freeofrustanddirt,andnodamageofthethreads.螺栓、螺母、垫圈外观表面应涂油保护，不应出现生锈和沾染赃物，螺纹不应损伤。Retest8setsofHSboltsdrawnfromeachbatchandsubmitacceptabletestresult.高强度螺栓连接副应每批抽取8套进行复验，并提交合格的试验报告。Provideatestreportoffrictioncoefficientpriortoinstallationanduse.在安装使用前应提交一批抗滑移系数试验报告。Class10.9torque-shearingHSboltsshallbeprovidedforpiperacksteelstructure.管廊钢结构使用的为10.9级扭剪型高强螺栓连接副。Weldingmaterialshouldhavethequalitycertificate,andcomplywithdesignandnationalcode;wet,deformed,damagedandrustyweldingrodsandcorrosivefillerareforbiddentobeused.

B-150至B-180、B-235至B-239、B-240至B-245之间段面钢结构安装；InstallationSequenceofSteelStructure钢结构安装主要安装顺序如下：Resurveyandsetting-outoffoundation:thefoundationelevationandlevelofthesteelcolumnaswellaslocationanddepthofshearsocketwillberesurveyedbylevelinginstrumenttoverifymeetingthespecificationanddesignrequirements,andsizebetweencolumnwillbecheckedtoverifymeetingtherequirementsoftheshopdrawing:setoutthedatumgradelineandcentrelineofcolumnandmakepermanentmarkings.Thesteelstructureinstallationcannotbeproceededuntilthefoundationisverifed.

基础复测、放线：采用水准仪复测钢柱基础的标高和平整度及剪力槽的位置和深度，是否满足规范及设计要求，检查柱基础间的相互尺寸是否满足施工图纸的要求：放出基准标高线和柱基础中心线，并做好永久标记。只有在基础检查合格后才能进行下一步的钢结构的安装。AssemblyandRigging组装及吊装Asfortheinstallationofcolumn,supportsbetweencolumnsandbeams,twocolumnsatlongaxisshallberegardedasaspan,andbepre-assembledonfloortoformasinglegallows,withtheassistanceofa25Tautocrane.Aftercompletionofassembly,liftwitha50Tautocrane.Asperactualsitecondition,spacingbetweenaxisisarenotequal,whichcanbedividedintotwotypes:

管廊钢结构安装工程施工时对于柱子、柱间支撑和梁安装，采用长轴向两柱为一跨，在地面预先组装成单体龙门形，组装时采用25T的汽车式起重配合；组装完成后采用50T汽车式起重机进行起吊；由于现场的实际情况，轴向间距不一致，大至分为两种类型：Regardingtheshortgallows(within10m),theweightafterassemblyis8.5T,a50Tcraneshallbeused,workingradius10m,25.4mzoom,liftingcapacity10.6T,safetyfactor80%.Therequirementofliftingismet.Referdetailstotheliftingsketch.

短距离(10米以内)，组装后重量约为：8.5T，采用一台50T吊车起吊，工作半径为：10m，采用中长臂25.4m的臂长，起重量为：10.6T，安全系数为：80%Regardinglonggallows(morethan10m),twocranesshallbeused,theweightafterassemblyis13.2T,two80Tcraneshallbeused,workingradius15m,36mzoom,liftingcapacity8.7T,safetyfactor76%.Therequirementofliftingismet.Referdetailstotheliftingsketch.

对于超长的钢架龙门(大于10米)起吊，必须采用双机抬吊；组装后重量约为：13.2T，采用二台80T吊车抬吊，工作半径为：15m，采用中长臂36m的臂长，起重量为：8.7MainTechnicalParametersofCrane起重机主要技术参数：PerformanceScheduleofQY25KCrane

首先进行吊车的选择,首先掌握钢架的重量，安排吊车的站位,一般是选择靠近吊物安装就位位置,见站位示意图：Firstlyassemblethecolumnandbeaminsequence,andinstallthelifeline,sothatoperatorscanreleasehooksandsteelwire.

先将梁柱本身对号进行组装，把安全生命线也一起安装好,便于操作人员脱钩和解除钢丝绳；Useφ12steelropetoinstalllifeline.Steelwireselectionshallbebasedon6timesofsafetyfactor.Bearingcapacityis1320Kg,calculatingformulaisasfollowing:D2×55/safetyfactor,amongwhich:Disdiameterofsteelwire选用φ12的钢丝绳作为生命线，钢丝绳的选用按6倍的安全系数考虑，可承载1320Kg，计算公式为：D2×55/安全系数，D是指钢丝绳的直径。Lengthoflifelineissameasthatofassembledgallowstypesteelsupportineveryspan,maximumlengthis20m,andminimumlengthis5m.每一跨生命线的长度和每一跨组装的龙门型钢架一样长，最长的为20米，最短的为5米；Afterinstallationofgallowstypesteelsupportin2span,connectlifelinebetweenspanstoincorporateafull-lengthlifeline.两跨龙门型的钢架安装后，再将这两跨之间生命线联上；形成一条通长的生命线；Binding:placegunnybagorrubberpadbetweenslingandsteels,andtieawindropeatthetopofbeamforcontrol.

绑扎：在吊索与构件之间垫以麻袋或橡胶板块，同时在梁上部绑扎好作为控制方向的缆风绳。Alignmentofcolumn柱校正：Adjustmenttocolumnbottomelevation:accordingtoactuallengthofsteelcolumn,levelingofcolumnbottomanddistancebetweensteelcolumntopandbottom,ensuretheelevationofsteelcolumntop,andthencontrolandlevelfoundationbottomelevation.

柱基标高调整。根据钢柱实际长度，柱底平整度，钢柱顶部距柱底部距离，重点要保证钢柱顶部标高值，以此来控制基础找平标高；Adjustmentofplane:withoutreleasingthehook,rectifycolumnbottompositioninglineandfoundationpositioningaxialline,thendropcolumntotheelevation.

平面位置校正。在起重机不脱钩的情况下将柱底定位线与基础定位轴线对准缓慢落至标高位置；Afteralignmentandsecurity,scaffoldershallerectthescaffoldingforinstallationofsteelbeamimmediately,i.e.toestablishsafetyoperationplatformaroundcolumn.Seeriggingsketch.

当钢柱调整固定后，应立即由架子工搭设安装钢梁的脚手架，即柱的周围搭设安全操作平台；见吊装示意图；Buckletypepackagescaffoldshallbeprovided.Installacircleoflateralrodevery600mmhigh.Totallyitwillamountto12mhigh,andthreefloorsofplatformsshallbeinstalledperfloorsofpiperack.采用碗扣式快装脚手架，每600mm高一圈横杆，搭设12米高，按管廊层数用木板铺设三层平台；Straightladdersshallbeinstalledalongscaffoldtothegroundfloorplatform;turntoanothersideofsteelcolumnandinstallstraightladdertosecondfloorplatform;samemethodologytothethirdfloorplatform.采用直爬梯沿脚手架内侧爬上第一层平台，然后转到钢立柱的另一侧再采用直爬梯上第二层平台，再转到另一侧爬上第三层平台；Apackagescaffoldshallbeinstalledevery30m.每三十米设一个快装脚手架；Aftercompletionofinstallationofsteelcolumnandsteelbeam,installsecondarybeam.Duringinstallation,workersshalluptomainbeamfrominteriorsideofscaffoldandfastentheirharnesshookstolifelines.Installermaytreadbottomflangeandclimbalongbeamonly.Itisnotacceptabletowalkonsteelbeaminthelightofsafety.

钢柱、钢梁安装完后，进行次梁的安装，安装时人员从脚手架内侧上到主梁并将安全带挂钩挂在生命线上，安装人员只能踩踏梁的下翼缘沿梁攀爬，严禁在钢梁上行走，保正操作安全；Alignmentofcolumn:Adjustablenutshallbepreferredtoadjust(shimsshallbeplacedbetweencolumnfootingandfoundation).Theallowanceofsteelcolumnisasfollowing:

钢柱校正。优先采用调节螺母来调节校正（同时柱脚底板与基础间间隙垫上垫铁），钢柱应符合下表允许偏差：Duetofactthatlifelineisavailableontheassembledandinstalledsteelstructure,installersarecapableofclimbingalongstraightladdersthatislocatedinsideofpackagescaffoldtoplatform,installingsecondarybeamwiththeirliferopetietolifeline.由于组装并安装好的钢架上已安装了生命线，故安装工人可以沿包柱子的快装脚手架内侧的直爬梯到平台，再将安全带系挂在生命线上进行次梁安装；Aftertwoparallelbeamshasbeenassembledandinstalled,immediatelyinstallthesubbeamsandsupportsbetweenthetwoaxis,toformaunit,thenmovethecranetoinstallthebeamsandcolumnsat3rdand4thaxis.

两个并列长轴线组合安装好后,立即进行两轴线间次梁和支撑的安装,使其成为空间单元后,再将吊车移位,进行第三、四轴线梁柱组合的安装；Fortheoverlongsteelstructure,aftercompletionofassembly,usetwocranestoliftthemslowlyatthesametimeontothefoundation,theninstallandsecure.Afteralignment,bolttheminthemiddlebysteelwires,tokeepbalance.Afteranchorbolting,releasehooksandsling,andmovecranetoassembleandliftforthenextsteelstructure.

对于超长跨度的钢架.组装好后,用两台吊车进行抬吊,必须保持一致,慢慢地平稳吊起,钢架吊至基础上进行就位安装,校正后锚固,钢架中间用钢丝绳两边锚固,保正平衡,锚固后吊车松钩、脱钩,移位进行下一个轴钢架组装起吊；Smallsub-beamsareonly1.3Tweigh,so25Tcraneshallbeusedtoliftthemcontinuously,andwindropeshouldbetieonthesteelbeams.

小次梁的安装,小次最重仅1.3T,采用25T的吊车进行流水作业,钢梁必须系挂好溜绳才可吊装；Applicationofsteelropeorslingorshackleshallbelimitedwithinratedloadingcapacityaswellasincompleteshape.Pleaserefertofollowing:钢丝绳或吊带及卸扣的使用要在承载范围内，而且要检查确认是完好的，参见如下所示：Sling吊带：SlingCertificate吊带合格证：Buckle卸扣：φ=32MMsteelwirerope

钢尺检查InstallationofHigh-strengthBolt高强螺栓安装Whenfieldinstallation,receivethenumberofboltswhichareneededbytoday.Unfinishedboltsshouldbepreservedproperly,withoutdiscardingorabandonment.Duringinstallation,threadscannotbetouched,andbefreeofdirts,inordertopreventtorquefactorfromchanging.

工地安装时，应按当天高强度螺栓连接副需要使用的数量领取。当天安装剩余的必须妥善保管，不得乱扔、乱放。在安装过程中，不得碰伤螺纹及沾染赃物，以防扭矩系数发生变化。Installationcontractorshouldverifythecoefficientofslidingresistanceofhigh-strengthboltconnectionsasrequiredbyAppendixBofGB50205-2001.Thecoefficientofslidingresistanceofmemberfrictionsurfacetreatedatsiteshouldbetestedseparately,andtheresultsshouldmeetdesignrequirement.

安装单位应按GB50205-2001附录B的规定进行高强度螺栓连接处摩擦面抗滑移系数的复验，现场处理的构件摩擦面应单独进行摩擦面抗滑移系数试验，其结果应符合设计要求。Frictionsurfaceofhigh-strengthboltconnectionwhichshallbeleftforalonetimeshouldbeprotectedinagoodmanner.Afterthecompletionofhigh-strengthboltconnection,applyrustproofpaintaspersteelmemberrustproofrequirements,sealaroundboltsandconnectionwithpaint.

高强度螺栓连接处摩擦面，当搁置时间较长时应注意保护。高强度螺栓连接处施工完毕后，应按构件防锈要求涂刷防锈涂料，螺栓及连接处周边用涂料封闭。Duringtheinstallationofhigh-strengthbolt,thefrictionsurfaceshouldbekeptdry,andinstallationworkcannotproceedwhenraining.
