5.2TheEmployeeagreesnotto,directlyorindirectly,engageinanycompetitiveactivitiesorworkforanycompetitoroftheEmployerduringthetrialperiodandforaperiodof[Specifiedperiod,e.g.,one(1)year]followingtheterminationofthisAgreement.

6.GoverningLawandJurisdiction
