PAGEPAGE1储备老师岗位职责00248-中方双语ESL储备老师义格教育宁波义格泰德信息科技有限公司,义格教育,义格教育集团,义格RolesandResponsibilitiesThepurposeoftheserolesandresponsibilitiesistooutlinebrieflythetasksrequiredofaclassteacherinthesecondaryschool.Asaschoolwearetryingtoachievehighstandardsbyrespondingprofessionally,sensitivelyandcaringlytotheneedsofallourstudents.Allteachersmustdemonstrateastandardofknowledge,understandingandskillsofthecurriculumtaughtintheschool.Allteachersmustdemonstrateanunderstandingofthewidercurriculumandadministrationneedsofthefoundation.Haveknowledgeandunderstandingof:HaveadetailedknowledgeoftherelevantaspectsoftheChineseNationalCurriculum,IGCSE,AP,IBDP,and/orUSCommonCurriculum,andotherrequirements.Haveasecureknowledgeandunderstandingofaspecialistsubject(s).Understandprogressionintheirspecialistsubject(s),includingbeforetheirspecialistagerange.Copesecurelywithsubject-relatedquestionsthatstudentsraiseandknowaboutstudents’commonmisconceptionsandmistakesintheirspecialistsubject(s).Allsecondaryschoolcurriculumandassessmentguidelines.Planningandsettingexpectations:Identifyclearteachingobjectives,content,lessonstructuresandsequencesappropriatetothesubjectmatterandthestudentsbeingtaught.Setappropriateanddemandingexpectationsforstudents’learningandmotivation.Setcleartargetsforstudents'learning,buildingonpriorattainmentandexperiences.Identifystudentswhohavespecialeducationalneedsandaregiftedandtalented,andknowwheretogetassistanceinordertogivepositiveandtargetedsupport.Coordinatewithotherschoolschoolspecialistsinordertobestsupportallstudents’needs.Teachingandmanagingstudentslearning:Ensureeffectiveteachingofwholeclasses,groupsandindividualssothatteachingobjectivesaremet,momentumandchallengearemaintained,andbestuseismadeofteachingtime.Useteachingmethodsthatkeepstudentsengaged,includingstimulatingstudents’intellectualcuriosity,effectivequestioningandresponse,clearpresentationandgooduseofresources.Sethighexpectationsforstudents'behaviour,establishingandmaintainingagoodstandardofdisciplinethroughwell-focusedteachingandthroughpositiveandproductiverelationships.Organiseand/orsupportsubjectrelatedandintegratedstudy-relatedactivities,excursions,etcAssessmentandevaluation:Assesshowwelllearningobjectiveshavebeenachievedandusethisassessmentforfutureteaching.Markandmonitorstudents’classandhomeworkprovidingconstructiveoralandwrittenfeedback,settingtargetsforstudents’progress.Whenapplicable,understandthedemandsexpectedofstudentsinrelationtotheUSCommonCorecurriculum,ChineseNationalCurriculum,IGCSEorALevels,AP,and/orIBDP.Alignwithallassessmentpoliciessetbytheschoolandorsubjectdepartments.Communicateregularlytoparents,SALs,andPrincipalsaboutacademicconcernsofindividualsanddevelopplansforremediationofsuchstudents.Relationswithparentsandwidercommunity:Knowhowtoprepareandpresentinformativereportstoparents.Recognisethatlearningtakesplaceoutsidetheschoolcontextandprovideopportunitiestodevelopstudents'understandingbyrelatingtheirlearningtorealandwork-relatedexamples.Understandtheneedtoliasewithagenciesoutsideschool.Managingownperformanceanddevelopment:Understandtheneedtotakeresponsibilityfortheirownprofessionaldevelopmentandtokeepuptodatewithresearchanddevelopmentsinpedagogyandinthesubjectstheyteach.Understandtheirprofessionalresponsibilitiesinrelationtoschoolpolicies,guidelinesandpractices.Setagoodexampletothestudentstheyteachintheirpresentationandtheirpersonalconduct.Evaluatetheirownteachingcriticallyandusethistoimprovetheireffectiveness.Maintainahighlevelofproficiancywithschooltechnologyandlooktoincorporatesuchintoteachingpractice.Activelyparticipateinsubjectareameetings,crosssubjectareameetings,secondarymeetingsandfullstaffmeetings.Observeclassesofotherteacherswithinsubjectareasoracrrosssubjectareas.Managinganddevelopingstaffandotheradults:Establisheffectiveworkingrelationshipswithprofessionalcolleagues,suchas,teachers,specialistteachersandassociatestaff.Managingresources:Selectandmakegooduseofbooks,equipment,ICTandotherlearningresourcesthatenableteachingobjectivestobemet.篇2:储备业务岗位职责储备业务经理成都上东吉企业管理有限公司成都上东吉企业管理有限公司,成都上东吉,成都上东吉【任职要求】:1、本科及以上学历,欢迎应届生,有较强的沟通与表达能力;2、有团队意识,责任心强,吃苦耐劳,勇于挑战高薪;3、自信、勤奋、乐观,高度的工作热情;4、在校曾担任过班级或校园干部、校学生会等职务者优先考虑;5、有相关专业如:市场营销、金融学、现代商务、汉语言文学者优先考虑。【岗位职责】:1、负责高端客户接待与商务谈判;2、为客户提供专业的高端房产置业咨询,与专属资产配置服务;3、负责公司资源的开发与积累,并与客户建立良好的服务关系;4、根据客户需求为客户提供匹配的房源信息,及后期关系维护;篇3:干部储备岗位职责西贝储
