前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件修改采用ISO17095:2013《精细陶瓷(先进陶瓷、先进技术陶瓷)陶瓷材料高温界面黏
结强度试验方法》。
本文件与ISO17095:2013的技术差异及其原因如下:
—删除了ISO17095:2013中精细陶瓷的术语和定义;
—用规范性引用的GB/T16491替换了ISO7500﹘1,以适应我国技术条件,增加可操作性(见
6.1);
—将ISO17095:2013中6.2.4的定性说明更改为定量说明,即“加热炉加热速率调节范围为1℃/min~
20℃/min”,以增加可操作性;
—用规范性引用的GB/T16839.1替换了IEC60584﹘1,以适应我国技术条件,增加可操作性(见
6.3.2);
—用规范性引用的GB/T1216替换了ISO3611,以适应我国技术条件,增加可操作性(见6.5);
—将ISO17095:2013中7.1注的内容转移至条文,因注中不可有推荐性条款,且内容具有一定指
导性,故保留在7.1条文中(见7.1);
—将ISO17095:2013中3.2中的注4作为正文内容转移至7.2.1,因注中不宜有推荐性条款,故保
留在7.2.1条文中(见7.2.1);
—将ISO17095:2013中10d)的内容更改为“力与试验时间(位移)关系图”,原条款内容可不作
为重要参照,故删除并替换(见第10章)。
本文件做了下列编辑性改动:
—为与现有标准协调,将标准名称改为《高温条件下陶瓷材料界面黏结强度试验方法》;
—删除了3.2的注1、注2、注3;
—增加了条编号8.4.1、8.4.2、8.4.3、8.4.4;
—增加了条编号8.5.1、8.5.2、8.5.3、8.5.4。
