摘要:砌体外墙和屋面渗漏有材料、设计、施工等方面的原因,根关键词:砌体外墙;屋面;防渗漏;做法柱、梁有可靠的连接,减少外墙的变形。一般采用L型铁件或2φ6l=800钢筋沿墙@500联结框架柱梁和外墙砌体。当外墙砌体较长或3~4m3~4m高做圈梁与框架15mm即所谓外包墙,这种外墙宜约每隔30m左右留一伸缩缝。此外砌体500mm左右做女儿墙,或者女儿墙全部做成混m?0.5kg的聚丙烯单丝纤维,提高砂浆3m设分隔缝,以减少裂缝的产生。32道,使其渗入基层中,堵塞裂缝2道,使其与原墙面装修色彩一致,再喷涂一道丙烯酸酯透明防水200~250mm宽缺口,在女儿墙外做雨水斗接雨500mm以下部分宜用混凝土浇筑,而不用砖或砌块砌筑,屋面防水层及防水附加层应上翻至屋面以上3mX3m设分工技术规范》GB50345-2004和《屋面工程质量验收规范》GB50207-2002的要求,参照国家标准图集《平屋面建筑构造(一)、ArchitecturaldesignexperiencePickto:masonrywallsandroofleakagematerial,design,constructionandotherreasons,accordingtomanyyearsofexperienceinarchitecturaldesignandengineeringpractice,thispaperexpoundsthetechnicalmeasuresofmasonrywallsandroofingleakageandvariouspractices.Keywords:masonrywalls;Roof;Leakage;AexteriorwallleakageofmasonrystructurebuildingTheleakageofmasonryFillwallsofreinforcedconcretestructuresusingconcretehollowblock,aeratedconcreteblockmasonrymaterialssuchas,theouterwallleakagephenomenon.Thereasonsmainlyincludethematerialitself,structuredesignandconstructionqualityproblems.Intermsofitsmaterialitself,fillmasonrywallmaterialmoisturecontentisgenerallyhigher,bibulousrateisbigger,seepageresistanceispoor.Afterprocessofmasonryandmasonrymasonryproducessubsidencecontractioncausedbythecrack;Inadditiontemperaturechangescanalsocausematerialheatbilgescoldshrinkandproducetemperaturecrack.Instructuredesign,whenthemasonrywallistoolong,istoohigh,ifdidnotadoptmeasurestostrengthentheconstruction,becauseofitsdeformationandinternalstresscanalsocausecracks;MoreoveroutsideWindowsanddoorsholeandthereservedholecornersinstressclusters,suchastakereasonableconnectionconstructionmeasures,thewallalsocanproducedeformationandcracking.Intermsofmasonrywallconstruction,masonryconstructionprocesswithoutstrictaccordingtoconstructionstandard,operationwhendidnotformacompletesetofusespecialmortar,masonrymortarjointisnotfull,orone-timerendertoothickouterwallplasteringlayer,framelineSettings,suchasirregularcontractioncrackswillbegenerated.Ifcombinedwithmasonry,plasteringwallwillcauseanemptydrumspalling.Allthisislikelytoleadtoleakageofexteriorwall.MasonryexteriorwallleakageFirstintheconstructiondesigndrawingsshouldbeclearinthestrengthofmasonrywallmaterialvarieties,specifications,grade,watercontent,waterabsorptionandtype,strengthgrade,thebondstrengthofmasonrymortar,etc;Drawingsshouldalsoincludetheconstructionrequirementsandmattersneedingattention,suchasmasonrybuildingheightrestrictions,andeverydaytheplumpnessofmasonrymortar,wallmasonryrainproofsunshade,etc.Inaddition,youshouldperform"masonrystructuredesigncode"andsoonnationalstandardandatlasconstructionwithreferencetorelevantnationalorlocalconstruction.Masonryexteriorwallleakageofthemaindesignpointsare:frameshouldfillmasonrywallandframecolumn,beamhavereliableconnection,reducethedeformationofthewall.UsuallyuseLironorphi6L=800reinforcedalongthewall@500couplingbeamandframecolumnwallmasonry.Whenexternalwallmasonryislongerorhigher,toabout3~4mlongdoeverypostoreveryabout3~4mhighdoringbeamandframecolumnbeamconnection,increaseexternalwallmasonrystrengthandstability,reducethedeformationcausecracking.Whenframefillwallsbetweentwoframecolumn,inthereinforcedconcretecolumnbeamwithappropriateleaveof15mmgapbetweenmasonry,meantimeembedsfillingpolyurethanefoam,inordertoavoidtheheatbilgescoldshrinkperformanceofconcreteandmasonrycracks.Whenthemasonrywallislocatedintheoutsideoftheframebeam,theso-calledoutsourcingofwall,thewallshouldbeapproximatelyevery30mforaexpansionjoints.Inadditionmasonrywallscaneachcolumnoreveryothercolumncracked,shortenthedistancebetweenexpansionjoints,reducingwallcracking.Exteriorwallbrokenplacenotchcanalsobeusedtoconcealstormsewer.Parapetatthistimecanalsobebrokenintogougeswherewholepiecesweremissingdrainage,thanusuallyadopttheparapetoftheopenholeconvenientandsmooth,rainwaterisnoteasytocausetheleakageofrainwatermouth.Intheparapetwallmasonryconstruction,becauseoftheparapetwallmasonryconcreteplatejunctionwiththeroofbecausethematerialisdifferent,different,heatbilgescoldshrinkcracksoftencauseleakage,soroofplateconcreteparapetwallisover500mmorso,orthatallmakeconcretebelowtheparapetroofbeamandthemasonrywallsalsoleave15mmwidegapjunction.Othermasonrywallsbetweentheinsulationandmasonrymaterialsshouldbetestedforwaterproofprocessing,generally,thepolymercementmortarcanbeusedorpolymercement-basedwaterproofcoating,suchasimprovethewaterproofperformanceofexternalwall.Seammembraneappropriatedistanceisnotmorethan3m,15mmwide,deep10mmseparationofjoints,fracturesandembeddedinthefilledsiliconerubbersealingmaterial.Andmasonrywallmasonrymortarshouldbechosenandmasonrymaterialselasticmodulus,linearexpansioncoefficientofrelevantformacompletesetofspecialbuildingmaterials.Masonrywallpaintmortarshouldbeaddingabouteverym?Mortar0.5kgpolypropylenemonofilamentfibers,improvethepermeabilityresistanceofmortar.Intwodifferentwallmaterials,wireandtubeboxaroundtheplacesuchas,ifnotslottingandpaint,shouldaddalkaliresistantglassfibergridcloth,toincreasethetensilepropertiesofmortar.Masonrywallsseparatingcracksshouldbeverticalandhor theleakagemaybe.Whenroofingbasedlargeheavyequipment,equipmentfoundationstructureandcheckingcalculationofroofplateshouldbe,toavoidtheleakageofroofingboardcausedbytheheavyloaddeformationcracks.Forlargerroofequipmentfoundationtomeetthewaterdrainageslopedrainageshouldbedonetolocal.Forroofingwaterproofstructuralsetting,considerusingalayerofwaterprooflayerwaterproofcoatingwithalayerofwaterproofcoiledmaterialcompositeperformancematchingisused.Toutilizetheseamlesswaterproofcoatingandwaterproofcoiledmaterialstableperformancecharacteristicsmakethemcomplementeachother.Waterproofcoatingsandcoiloftestshowthatitsmaterial,combinedwithgoodsex.Waterproofcoatingofthebreakingelongationrateisover450%,havebeensharpinstrumentpuncturetheself-healingability,toeffectivelyresistimpactonwaterprooflayerroofdeformationatthegrass-rootslevel.Roofingwaterprooflayerbelowthelevelinglayer,candothewaterprooflayerinsulationlayer,etcshouldbefullydry,otherwiseshouldbeventgrooveandvent.Andtestthewaterprooflayerbelowalllayersareindryeasywayistoputalayeroffeltonthem,theseconddaymorningopenwhetherlinoleumsurfaceisdry.Doconcreteprotectionlayeronroofingwaterprooflayer,middleshouldaddalayerofdrylaylinoleumornon-wovenorlimemortarisolationlayer,waterprooflayerinordertoavoidthermalexpansionfromthecoldlayercanmakecracking.Whenusingcast-in-placereinforcedconcretewithfinestonesdoprotection,shouldbesetaccordingto3mx3mdividingseam,andsteelmeshinthesplitjointsshouldbedisconnected.Whenthesteelprotectivelayerisusedasthelightningprotection,thefabricpieceofsteelweldedevenfourAngleofapplication.Allinall,inthedesignofroofeavesgutter,roofgutterandrain,parapet,pipeWells,piperoofing,equipmentfoundation,deformationcracks,theconstructionpracticeofthewatershouldbesaidclearly.Andshallbeinaccordancewithnationalstandard"technicalspecificationforconstructionofroofingengineeringGB50345-2004andtheroofingprojectqualityacceptancespecificationGB50207-2002request,withreferencetonationalstandardatlasoftheflatroofingconstruction(1)and(2),(3)theroofwaterproofmaterialselectionandconstructionandacceptance.Abovelistssomemeasurestopreventroofleakagefromthedesi
