本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规

定起草。

本文件等同采用ISO/TS20388:2021《生物技术生物样本保藏动物生物样本保藏要求》,文件

类型由ISO的技术规范调整为我国的国家标准化指导性技术文件。

请注意本文件的某些内容可能涉及专利。本文件的发布机构不承担识别专利的责任。

本文件由全国生物样本标准化技术委员会(SAC/TC559)提出并归口。

引言

本文件包含了要求和建议,以使处理动物生物样本的生物样本库能够证明其有能力进行样本库的

操作,并有能力为研究和开发提供适当质量的动物生物样本和相关数据。

本文件支持维护动物福祉的过程,因为它植根于三个R原则:“替代、减少和改进对动物的

使用”[18]。

本文件的使用有助于确保动物生物样本的质量和在ISO20387应用下研究结果的可靠性。

本文件中可以使用以下能愿动词:

——“应”表示要求;

——“宜”表示建议;

——“可”表示允许;

——“能”表示一种可能性或能力。

动物生物样本保藏要求

1范围

本文件规定了动物生物样本(不包括人类)采集、接收、制备、保存、运输、储存、分发、销毁和弃用的

要求。此类资源包括固体组织样本、液体和相关细胞、排泄物及相关数据。

本文件适用于研发用生物样本或/和相关数据,并适用于从生物样本中获取的生物分子,如核酸、

蛋白质和代谢物。

本文件适用于所有进行研究和开发生物样本库的组织机构。

本文件不适用于用于食品或饲料生产的生物样本、为食品或饲料生产或治疗用途进行的实验室研

究或以上结合用途。

本文件不适用于建立源自动物生物样本的细胞系。

注:国际、国内和地区的法规或要求也适用于本文件中的特定条款。
