WarehouseContractAgreement

Thisagreement(the"Agreement")ismadeandenteredintoasof[Date],byandbetween[YourCompanyName](the"Lessor")and[Client'sCompanyName](the"Lessee").

1.Parties:

Lessor:[YourCompanyName]

Lessee:[Client'sCompanyName]

2.Premises:

TheLessoragreestoleasetotheLesseethewarehousepremises(the"Premises")locatedat[Address],forthestorageofgoodsandmaterials.

3.Term:

ThetermofthisAgreementshallcommenceon[StartDate]andshallcontinueforaperiodof[TermLength],unlessterminatedearlierinaccordancewiththeprovisionssetforthinthisAgreement.

4.RentandPaymentTerms:

7.Insurance:

8.Indemnification:

TheLesseeagreestoindemnifyandholdtheLessorharmlessfromanyclaims,losses,damages,orexpensesarisingoutoftheLessee'suseofthePremises.

9.DefaultandTermination:

10.GoverningLaw:
