ThisContractAgreementforLaborServices(hereinafterreferredtoasthe"Agreement")ismadeandenteredintoasof[Date],byandbetween[Employer'sName],hereinafterreferredtoasthe"Employer",and[Employee'sName],hereinafterreferredtoasthe"Employee".

1.Services

TheEmployeeagreestoprovidethefollowingservicestotheEmployer:

2.DurationofEmployment

3.Compensation

6.Indemnification

TheEmployeeagreestoindemnifyandholdharmlesstheEmployerfromanyandallclaims,damages,liabilities,costs,andexpenses(includingreasonableattorney'sfees)arisingoutoforinconnectionwiththeperformanceoftheservicesprovidedunderthisAgreement.

7.GoverningLawandJurisdiction

ThisAgreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[Country/State],andanydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisAgreementshallbesubjecttotheexclusivejurisdictionofthecourtslocatedin[Country/State].

8.EntireAgreement
