venantNottoSueTheEmployeeagreesnottoinitiateanylegalactionagainsttheEmployerregardingtheterminationofthisContractforaperiodof__________followingtheterminationofemployment.Article29:DisputeResolutionAnydisputesarisingfromthisContractshallberesolvedthroughmediationand,ifnecessary,arbitrationinaccordancewiththerulesofthe__________(specifyarbitrationinstitution).Article30:SignaturesThisContractisexecutedingoodfaithbybothpartiesontheEffectiveDate.Employer:__________Employee:__________EffectiveDate:__________AttachmentsandAdditionalInformationI.AttachmentList:AcopyoftheEmployer'sCodeofConduct.TheEmployee'sjobdescriptionandperformancestandards.AlistoftraininganddevelopmentresourcesavailabletotheEmployee.Healthandsafetyguidelinesandprotocols.II.BreachofContractandDetermination:AbreachofcontractoccurswhentheEmployeefailstoperformtheirduties,disclosesconfidentialinformation,orengagesinprohibitedactivitiesasoutlinedintheContract.TheEmployermaydetermineabreachofcontractthroughaninvestigationprocess,whichmayincludeareviewoftheEmployee'swork,conduct,andadherencetopolicies.III.LegalTermsandDefinitions:At-willemployment:Anemploymentrelationshipwhereeitherpartycanterminatetheemploymentatanytime,withorwithoutcause.Confidentialinformation:AnyinformationthatisnotpubliclyknownandisofcommercialvaluetotheEmployer,includingbutnotlimitedtotradesecrets,businessstrategies,andclientlists.Misconduct:Anybehaviorthatisdishonest,unethical,orinviolationoftheEmployer'spolicies,includingtheft,fraud,orharassment.IV.IssuesandSolutionsinExecution:IftheEmployeefailstomeetperformancestandards,theEmployermayprovideadditionaltrainingorissueawarning,
