煤炭分析用马弗炉能耗测试方法
1范围
本文件规定了煤炭分析用马弗炉单位能耗测试的测试条件和测试方法。
本文件适用于自然气氛(空气),额定温度在100℃~1200℃范围内的煤炭分析用马弗炉的单位能
耗测试。

3术语与定义
3.1
煤炭分析用马弗炉Mufflefurnaceforcoalanalysis
用于煤炭分析,加热室呈箱式、卧式,具有进出料炉门的间歇式电阻炉。
3.2
工作空间workingspace
马弗炉内能将规定的条件维持在规定容差范围内的部分。
3.3
升温单位能耗temperaturerampingspecificenergyconsumption
马弗炉以最大升温速率从300℃升温到900℃过程中,单位工作空间所消耗的能量。
注:单位为千焦每立方分米(kJ/dm3)。
3.4
恒温单位能耗constanttemperaturespecificenergyconsumption
马弗炉恒温过程中,维持单位工作空间温度恒定并保持1h所消耗的能量。
注:单位为千焦每立方分米(kJ/dm3)。
4测试条件
4.1环境条件
马弗炉测试环境条件应满足:
a)环境温度:23℃±2℃,环境温度测点处垂直方向的温度梯度不应超过2℃/m;
注:环境温度(马弗炉周围的空间温度),即距马弗炉边壁前、后、左、右、上、下垂直距离1m处测得的温度(环

境温度不应受到马弗炉出气口温度的影响)。
b)相对湿度:≤85%;
c)气压:80kPa~106kPa;
d)无强对流空气。
4.2电源条件
马弗炉测试电源条件应满足:
a)交流电压:220V±6.6V;
b)频率:50Hz±0.5Hz。
4.3测试设备
4.3.1电能测量仪表
测量范围:电压、电流测量范围满足试验要求。
电能测量最大允许误差:不超过±0.5%。
用途:马弗炉消耗有功电能测量。
4.3.2温度测量装置
技术要求:应符合JJF1376—2012中6.2的规定。
用途:马弗炉工作空间几何中心温度测量。
4.3.3秒表
日差的最大允许误差:±0.5s。
用途:单位能耗测试时间的测量。
4.3.4温度计
温度测量范围:0℃~50℃
最大允许误差:±0.2℃
用途:环境温度测量。
4.3.5钢卷尺
准确度等级:Ⅱ级及以上。
用途:马弗炉工作空间几何尺寸测量。
5测试方法
5.1马弗炉工作状态
测试时马弗炉应保持空载,并符合如下要求:
a)第一次使用或者长期不用的马弗炉应按制造厂产品说明书的要求进行烘炉;
b)确保连接马弗炉正常工作的附件,应按照使用说明书的安装要求完成安装与连接;
c)马弗炉的门应保持完全关闭状态;
d)将马弗炉置于规定测试环境条件下预置至少2h,使马弗炉内温度与环境温度一致;

e)恒温试验应使马弗炉达到设定温度;升温试验应使马弗炉以最大升温速率升温。
5.2工作空间的测量
采用钢卷尺,将距离马弗炉工作室壁为各自边长1/10的空间,分为若干易于测量的简单几何形状
进行测量,其结果即为马弗炉工作空间,用V表示。
5.3中心点温度的测量
将温度测量装置的传感器置于马弗炉工作空间的几何中心点进行温度测量,每隔1min测试温度值
1次。
5.4耗电量试验
试验前,将马弗炉在23℃环境温度条件下预置至少2小时,然后升温至250℃进行耗电量试验,试
验步骤如下:
第一步:马弗炉在工作空间几何中心点实测温度到达250℃,恒温1小时后记录电能表读数E1,2
小时后记录电能表读数E2。E2与E1之差即为低温恒温耗电量El。
第二步:以最大升温速率升温到950℃,在升温过程中,记录实测温度到达300℃时电能表读数E3,
到达900℃时电能表读数E4。E4与E3之差即为升温耗电量Er。
第三步:在950℃恒温1小时后记录电能表读数E5,2小时后记录电能表读数E6。E6与E5之差即为
高温恒温耗电量Eh。
试验过程如图1所示。

5.5单位能耗计算方法
5.5.1恒温单位能耗
低温恒温单位能耗和高温恒温单位能耗分别按照公式(1)和公式(2)计算。

升温单位能耗按照公式(3)计算。
