申请方承诺/ApplicantPromises本单位申请信息技术产品强制性认证，遵守《中华人民共和国认证认可条例》及相关法律法规的规定，严格履行信息技术产品强制性认证过程中的各项要求，并声明：WeapplyfortheITEquipmentProductsCompulsoryCertification;complywiththeCertificationandAccreditationRegulationofthePeople'sRepublicofChinaandrelatedlawsandregulations,andstrictlyfollowtherequirementsofITEquipmentProductsCompulsoryCertification.Wedeclareasbelow:1．遵守中国信息安全认证中心(ISCCC)的有关程序和规定，支付认证所需的申请,试验,工厂审查及其它有关的费用；妥善保管型式试验报告、工厂检查报告和认证变更确认等认证的相关资料，以备监督检查使用。WewillfollowtheproceduresandrulesoftheISCCC,paythefeesforapplication,testing,factoryinspectionandotherservices,andsafekeepthetypetestingreport,factoryinspectionreport,confirmationofcertificationchange,andothercertificationmaterials,inordertobesupervisedandinspected.2．为开展评价提供必要、及时的配合；Wewillprovidenecessaryandtimelycooperationfortheconductoftheevaluation.3．确保向ISCCC提交资料中所有内容的真实性、有效性和准确性；WeconfirmthatthedocumentswesubmittoISCCCareauthentic,validandaccurate.4．在使用产品认证结果时，不得损害ISCCC的声誉、不得做使ISCCC认为可能误导或未经授权的声明；WeundertakenottouseourproductcertificationinsuchamannerastobringISCCCintodisreputeormakeanystatementregardingourproductcertificationwhichISCCCmayconsidermisleadingorunauthorized.5．当证书被暂停或撤销时，应立即停止涉及认证内容的广告，并按ISCCC要求交回所有认证文件。Weundertaketouponsuspensionorcancellationofcertification,discontinuetheuseofalladvertisingmatterthatcontainsanyreferencetheretoandreturnanycertificationdocumentsasrequiredbyISCCC.6.IS
