前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T26717—2011《自来水笔及其笔尖》,与GB/T26717—2011相比,除结构调整
和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:
—增加了在储水结构分类中笔杆储水式(见4.2);
—增加了笔舌分类(见4.3);
—更改了外观要求(见5.1,2011年版的4.1);
—增加了初写性能和竖向滴漏的要求和试验方法(见5.2、6.3、6.4);
—更改了镀层抗蚀性的要求和试验方法(见5.2、6.6,2011年版的4.1、5.4);
—更改了吸水量要求,增加了储水量要求(见5.2,2011年版的4.1);
—更改了抗漏性要求和试验方法(见5.2、6.10,2011年版的4.1、5.8);
—更改了笔尖含金量的表示方法(见5.4,2011年版的4.2);
—更改了线迹宽度的要求和试验方法(见5.4、6.15,2011年版的4.2、5.13);
—增加了邻苯二甲酸酯增塑剂含量的要求和试验方法(见5.5、6.17);
—更改了试验条件(见6.1.1,2011年版的5.1.1);
—更改了书写性能和间歇书写的试验方法(见6.8、6.9,2011年版的5.6、5.7);
—更改了试验用墨水的配方(见附录B,2011年版的附录A)。
