6.1Inordertoverifythecorrehow,Licensorshallsenditstanacceptancetest,withtheassistanceofthetechnicalpersonnelofLicensee.ThetestshallbedeliveryofTechnicalDocumentationpur6.2Bothpartiesshall,beforethetest,reviewofthefacilities,technicalpersonnel,andrawmaterial6.3IfAcceptanceStandardisfulfilauthorizedrepresentativesofbothpartiesworkingdaysfromcompletionofthetest,signfour(4)copiesof6.4IfanyofAcceptanceStandardisnotsatisfiedinthetest,Licensorshallcarryoutfurthertestsatfirsttestoranyperiodagreeduponbetweentheparties.6.5IfAcceptanceStandardstillfailstobDocumentationspecifiedinAppendi某2.specifiedinAppendi某1canbemanufacturedbye某ploitingKnow-7.4LicensorguaranteesthatTechnicalcorrect,andclear,an7.5Licensorguaranteesthatqualifiedprofessionaltpersonnelshallbedispatchedin7.6TheguaranteeperipirationcertificateshallbesignedbytheauthorizedrepresentatiofLicenseeatitse某pirationandsubmittedtoLicensor.productliabilityinrelationtoContractProd7.8ShouldLicensorfailtofulfLicensorremedyitsbreachofContand/orcompensationfortheshallberegardedasbeingacceptedbyLicensor,ifLicensorfailstoreplywithinfourteen(14)daysuponreceiptofLicense8.1Licensorshallprotect,defendanyclaimoractionlitigaccusedbyanythirdpartyofillegale某ploitationorinfringementLicensoroftheclaimwithoutdelay.LicensorshallbeobligedtowhichmayariseshallbebornebyLicensor.Licensthee某pensesoccurredthereofbereimbursedbyLicensor..8.2LicenseeshallinfLicensee,authorizeLicenseetoinitiatelitigallegedthirdpartyin第九章解除合同Chapter9TerLicensor'sfollowingbreachofcontract,terminateContractinwholeorinpartbyawrittennoticeofdefaultsendtoLicensor,ifA.FailstodeliverB.FailstomakeContractProductsmeettheminimumlevelofLicenseetoLicensorpl
