本文件是GB/T39414《北斗卫星导航系统空间信号接口规范》的第5部分。GB/T39414已经发
布了以下部分:

——第2部分:公开服务信号B2a;
——第3部分:公开服务信号B1I;
——第4部分:公开服务信号B3I;
——第5部分:公开服务信号B2b。

引言
北斗卫星导航系统分为北斗一号、北斗二号和北斗三号三个建设发展阶段。北斗卫星导航系统目
前播发的定位导航授时服务公开信号包括B1I、B2I、B3I、B1C、B2a、B2b。其中,B1I、B3I信号在北斗
二号和北斗三号的中圆地球轨道(MEO)卫星、倾斜地球同步轨道(IGSO)卫星和地球静止轨道(GEO)
卫星上播发;B2I信号在北斗二号所有卫星上播发,在北斗三号卫星上将被B2a信号取代;B1C、B2a、
B2b信号在北斗三号中圆地球轨道(MEO)卫星和倾斜地球同步轨道(IGSO)卫星上播发。
B2b信号是北斗三号卫星(GEO/IGSO/MEO)播发的下行卫星导航信号,包含I支路和Q支路,
同时承载了定位导航授时、全球短报文通信反向链路、国际搜救反向链路等服务。GB/T39414拟由
五个部分构成。
——第1部分:公开服务信号B1C。目的在于确立空间星座和用户终端之间公开服务信号B1C
的信号特性、导航电文结构及用户算法等。
——第2部分:公开服务信号B2a。目的在于确立空间星座和用户终端之间公开服务信号B2a的
信号特性、导航电文结构及用户算法等。
——第3部分:公开服务信号B1I。目的在于确立空间星座和用户终端之间公开服务信号B1I的
信号特性、导航电文结构及用户算法等。
——第4部分:公开服务信号B3I。目的在于确立空间星座和用户终端之间公开服务信号B3I的
信号特性、导航电文结构及用户算法等。
——第5部分:公开服务信号B2b。目的在于确立空间星座和用户终端之间公开服务信号B2b的
信号特性、导航电文结构及用户算法等。
