前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T35555—2017《温泉服务基本规范》,与GB/T35555—2017相比,除结构调整
和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:
—更改了总则,删除合法性,增加先进性内容(见第4章,2017年版的4.1);
—删除了提供温泉服务的组织应取得的证照名称[见2017年版的5.1a)];
—删除了引用《沐浴场所卫生规范》文件的要求,改为引用GB37487的要求(见6.1.1,2017年版
的6.1.1);
—删除了室内(除淋浴区和温泉区外)空气质量的要求(见2017年版的6.1.3);
—增加了国家认可的第三方水质检测的要求(见6.3.2);
—更改了日常管理中水质监测的要求(见6.3.5,2017年版的6.3.3、6.3.4、6.3.5);
—更改了服务内容与要求的结构,按区域提出相应的服务内容与要求(见第7章,2017年版的第
7章);
—更改了服务中应公示的内容及要求[见7.1,2017年版的6.2.1、6.2.6、6.2.7、6.3.1、6.3.2、
6.3.6、7.1c)];
—更改了安全管理与应急处置的要求(见第8章,2017年版的6.2.9、6.2.10、第8章);
—增加了顾客服务体验意见的收集与处理要求,关注顾客对温泉服务需求的变化,适时改进服务
质量(见9.1.3.2)。

1范围
本文件规定了温泉服务的总则、组织与人员、服务保障、服务内容与要求、安全与应急、评价
与改进。
本文件适用于以温泉为载体,为顾客提供洗浴、沐汤和水中娱乐活动等为主要内容的体验服务。
2规范性引用文件
下列文件中的内容通过文中的规范性引用而构成本文件必不可少的条款。其中,注日期的引用文
件,仅该日期对应的版本适用于本文件;不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本(包括所有的修改单)适用
于本文件。
