Unit3Languageinuse语法练习1.Couldyouexplainwhathappenedthen?2.Canyoutellmehowshe'sdifferent?3.CouldIaskifyou'vementionedthistoher?4.Doyouknowwhyshetreatsyoulikethat?5.Ididnotknowwhoshewas.6.Iaskedherwhyshesmiledatmethatday.语法详解whether/if及疑问词引导的宾语从句本模块我们重点学习两类宾语从句——whether/if引导的宾语从句和疑问词引导的宾语从句。1.whether/if引导的宾语从句当表达不确定的概念时要用whether/if引导宾语从句。whether/if意为“是否”,在从句中不充当任何句子成分,不能省略,一般情况下可以互换。if常用于口语,whether则多用于书面语。如:Doyouknowwhether/ifsheisateacher?只用whether不用if的四种情况情况例句与ornot连用时Idon'tknowwhetherornothewilleontime.从句用作介词宾语时Itdependsonwhetherit'sgoingtoraintomorrow.在带to的动词不定式前Hedoesn'tknowwhethertogotothecinemaortoreadbooksathome.当宾语从句移至句首表示强调时Whetherthisistrueornot,I'mnotsure.注意:if的两种用法用法例句表示“如果”时引导条件状语从句,时态遵循“主将从现”原则Ifitisfinetomorrow,Iwillplayfootballwithmyfriends.如果明天天气好,我将和我的朋友们踢足球。表示“是否”时引导宾语从句,时态遵循宾语从句时态原则Iaskedifhejoinedthearmy.我问他是否参军了。2.疑问词引导的宾语从句疑问词在句中既起连接作用,也在宾语从句中充当句子成分,有实际意义,不能省略。疑问代词:who,whom,whose,what,which疑问副词:when,where,why,how疑问代词在从句中作主语、宾语、表语、定语等;疑问副词在从句中作状语。如:
