techniques,wecanturnmundanedreamsintofantasiesthatmakeitevenmore
excitingtocrawlintobed.
1.DreamJournaling
Agoodplacetostarttheluciddreamingprocessistokeeparecordofprevious
dre,ams.Therearenumerouswaystorememberyourdreams,butoneofthe
easiestandmostpopularistokeepadreamjournal.Putanotebookandpen
nexttoyourbedandimmediatelyuponwakingwritedowneverythingyou
