Sincethereisacertaincorrelationbetweenthecompressivestrengthofconcreteanditssurfacehardness,thehammerofthereboundhammerishitontheconcretesurfacebyacertainelasticforce,thereboundheight(reboundvaluereadbythehammer)isproportionaltothehardnessoftheconcretesurface.therefore,thesurfacehardnessofconcreteisreflectedbythereboundvalue,andthecompressivestrengthofconcretecanbecalculatedaccordingtothesurfacehardness.StrengthdetectionofconcreteliningInstrumentandequipmentcomposition1.Digitalreboundtester(CE);2.Carbonizationdepthmete,hairpin;3.bultsyringe;4.1%to2%phenolphthaleinalcoholsolution.Strengthdetectionofconcretelining

1.Forgeneralcomponents,thenumberofsurveyareasshouldnotbelessthan10.Whenthenumberofinspectedcomponentsisgreaterthan30andthepresumedstrengthofasinglecomponentdoesnotneedtobeprovided,orwhenthedimensionoftheinspectedcomponentinonedirectionisgreaterthan4.5mandthedimensionintheotherdirectionisnotgreaterthan0.3m,thenumberofinspectionareasforeachcomponentmaybeappropriatelyreduced.butnotlessthan5;
Strengthdetectionofconcretelining2.Thedistancebetweentwoadjacentmeasuringareasshouldnotbegreaterthan2m.thedistancebetweenthemeasuringareaandtheendofthecomponentortheedgeoftheconstructionjointshouldnotbegreaterthan0.5m,andshouldnotbelessthan0.2m.StrengthdetectionofconcreteliningDetectionprocedure

2.Carbonizationdepthdatacollection:Afterthereboundvalueismeasured,measurethecarbonizationdepthvalueonarepresentativemeasurementarea.Thenumberofmeasurementpointsshouldnotbelessthan30%ofthenumberofmeasurementareasofthecomponent,andtheaveragevalueshouldbetakenaseachmeasurementareaofthecomponent.Thecarbonationdepthvalueofthezone.Whenthecarbonizationdepthvaluerangeisgreaterthan2.0mm,thecarbonizationdepthvalueshallbemeasuredseparatelyineachmeasurementarea.Useahairpintoformaholewithadiameterofabout15mmonthesurfaceofthemeasurementarea;StrengthdetectionofconcreteliningDatacollection

4.Whentheboundarybetweencarbonizedanduncarbonizedisclear,useacarbonizationdepthmeasuringinstrumenttomeasuretheverticaldistancefromtheinterfaceofcarbonizedanduncarbonizedconcretetotheconcretesurface,andshouldmeasure3times,andeachreadingshouldbeaccurateto0.25mm;threemeasurementsshouldbetakentheaveragevalueisusedasthetestresultandshouldbeaccurateto0.5mm.StrengthdetectionofconcreteliningDatacollectionDataanalysis
Calculationofstrengthpresumedvalue:firstcalculatetheaveragereboundvalueofthemeasurementarea,remove3maximumvaluesand3minimumvaluesfromthe16reboundvaluesofthemeasurementarea,andcalculatetheremaining10reboundvaluesasfollows:——Theaveragereboundvalueofthetestarea,accurateto0.1;——Reboundvalueofmeasuringpointi.Aftertheaveragespringbackvalueisobtained,theangleshouldbecorrectedaccordingtotherequirementsofthespecification,andthepouringsurfaceshouldbecorrectedforthecorrectedspringbackvalue.Thefinalrevisedaveragespringbackvalueiscombinedwiththecarbonizationdepthvaluetoconsultthespecificationtoobtainthestrengthconversionvalue.Strengthdetectionofconcretelining
