HowU.S.companiesviewGermanyasaninvestmentlocationin2023

Germanyinearly2023.IncreasedenergycostsandgeopoliticaluncertaintyasaresultoftheRussianinvasionofUkrainecontinuetodominateeventsinGermany.Nevertheless,morethantwo-thirdsofU.S.companiesinGermanyreportedanincreaseinrevenuein2022.However,theoutlookforthecurrentyearissubduedandoneinthreeU.S.companiesratetheconditionsfordoingbusinessinGermanyasgood.Inparticular,therespondentsseenegativesinthecostburdenforcompanies,digitalinfrastructureandtheavailabilityofskilledworkers.
