Andreadingisonething.Understandingisanotherstory.Thatwouldhavetakenusmuch,muchlonger.Andthisisarealproblem,becausecompanieshavearguedfor20to30yearsagainstregulatingtheinternetbetter,becauseusershaveconsentedtothetermsandconditions.

阅读是一回事，理解则是另外一码事。这会需要我们更多更多的时间。这是一个切实存在的问题，由于这些公司争吵了20-30年，反对更好地监管互联网，由于用户已经同意了这些条款和条件。
