味道是主观的。不同的人有不同的感受。

而养分是普世的、客观的。

我们当中那些不喜爱西兰花的人可能会说:食物、味道、养分不行兼得。

另一些比较奇怪的人则喜爱吃健康食品。

不过我们至少能达成一个共识:食物可以好吃但没有养分,反之亦然。

我总结了40多项讨论的发觉,它们都是讨论内容消费是如何影响我们的。

当一般美国人可以阅读8级的书,但却更喜爱读6级的书时,那其实是在为消遣而读。人们普遍喜爱读低于他们实际阅读水平两级的书。
Unfortunately,researchbyProfessorLevVygotskyfoundthatreadingismostnutritiouswhenitsslightlyaboveyourcurrentreadinglevel.Readingbooksthatareatyourpresentlevelorbelowdoesnotimprovecomprehension.
