wonderfultimehereinWulingyuanScenicandHistoricInterestArea.It'sverylarge,about

390squarekilometres,andit'samagiclandofmountains,forestsandrivers.Itsfamousfor

thestrangeshapeofitstallrocks.Somepeoplethinktheylooklikesoldiers,andothers

thinktheylooklikeanimals.BeforeWuGuanzhong,afamousChinesepainter,painted

somebeautifulpicturesofitin1979,fewpeopleknewaboutthearea.

Lastnightwecampedbyasmalllake.Duringthenight,Iheardaloudnoise,asif

someonewaslaughing.IwokeupLinglingandheruncle,andIaskedthemwhatthenoise

was.Lingling'suncletoldusnottoworry,andleftthetenttofindoutwhatitwas.Aftera

fewminutes,hetoldustocomeoutquietly.Thenhepointedintotheforest.Itwasa

monkey.Whenitsawus,itjumpedupintothetreesandwentbackintotheforest.

ThismorningwetookacablecarupMountTianzi-itwasquitesafe!Fromthetopwe

hopedforawonderfulviewofthelakesandforests,butwecouldonlyseethemountain

topsthroughtheclouds.Thenwewalkeddownthepath,pasttrees,waterfallsandplants

backtoourtent.Ipulledaleafoffaplant,butLingling'suncletoldmetowashmyhands,

andnottotouchit,becauseitwasdangerous.Healsosaidthatitwaswrongtopullleaves

andweshouldprotecteverythinghere.Ifeltsorry.
