hespecificationrequirementofthenewmaterials,andupdatethespecificationofthenewmaterials,providetheinspectionreport、detailinformationspecificationandenvironmentalprotectionspecificationofthenewmaterials.塑胶、五金类材料分为自主设计外形，自主开模物料和购置市场上现成物料（标准物料）。Plasticandmetalmaterialsinclude:self-designedappearance、self-moldedpartandexitingmaterialpurchasingfromthemarket(StandardMaterial).5.2.3.1自主设计外形，自主开模塑胶、五金类物料需求，研发工程师依据产品外形及结构要求，完成产品塑胶件、五金件结构图设计，经过内部评审及外部（物料供给商）评审后，即可进行模具制作。Regardingtotheself-designofthestructure、theself-moldedoftheplasticandthemetalmaterial,theRDengineershallcompletedthestructuredesignoftheproductplasticpartandmetalpartbasedontherequirementoftheappearanceandstructure,andonlytheinternal-reviewandexterior-reviewhavebeenpassed,canmanuf华为XXuretherelatedmould.研发工程师对供给商开模样品进行结构尺寸及各结构件整体装配性进行确定，确定经过后，受控最新版2D图和3D图，并通知采购安排认可。TheR&Dengineersshallvalidatethestructuredimensionandcompletedassemblyofthemoldedsampleprovidedbythevendor.Ifthevalidationhaspassed,thenewversion2Dand3Ddrawingshouldbecontrolledbythedocumentdepartmentandthepurchasingdepartmentshouldarrangetheacknowledgement.5.2.3.3购置市场上现成物料（标准物料）认可，研发工程师依据项目开发和产品改善需求，填写《新物料需求表》经部门主管签字确定，主管副总经理同意后提交给计划部签收并交采购部采购。Fortheacknowledgementofthestandardmaterial,theR&Dengineersshallfillinthe<newmaterialdemandlist>accordingtotherequirementsofprojectexploitationandproductimprovement,andthelistshouldbeconfirmedbythedepartmentdirectorwithsignature,thenapprovedbythevicegeneralmanagerandbesenttothePMCdepartmentwithsignatureandtothepurchasingdepartmentforpurchasing.PCB板需求，研发工程师依据项目开发和产品改善需求，结合产品功效、性能要求，完成产品PCB图设计，经过内部评审后，即可受控下发工程部，工程部依据项目进度要求将PCB图外发供给商制作PCB样品。TheR&DengineershallcompletethePCBdesignaccordingtotherequirementsofprojectexploitationandproductimprovementandproductfunctionandperformance,andthedesignshouldbereviewinternally.Ifthereviewhasbeenpassed,therelatedfilesshouldbecontrolledbythedocumentdepartmentandthensentouttotheengineeringdepartment.TheengineeringdepartmentshouldsendoutthePCBdrawingtothevendorsformanuf华为XXureaccordingtotheschedulerequirement.采购部依据新物料需求情况，组织进行新物料供给商开发和新供给商早期考察工作；当采购过程中发生困难时，立即向申请人提供实时情况，并主动和其进行沟通协商处理。Thepurchasingdepartmentshallorganizetheinitialreviewofthenewmaterialexploitationandthenewvendorsaccordingtothenewmaterialrequirements.Andshouldcommunicationwiththeapplicantandprovidetheinformationintimeifsomedifficultyhappenedduringthepurchasingprocess.新物料认可Acknowledgementofthenewmaterial依据物料类型不一样，分为电子料、辅助材料、塑胶、五金类材料、包装材料、PCB板类材料。Thematerialisdividedintoelectronicmaterial,assistantmaterial,plasticandmetalmaterial,packagematerialandPCBmaterialaccordingtothedifferenttypeofthematerial.电子料、塑胶、五金类材料及包装材料认可由研发工程师和工程部CE共同完成，PCB板类材料认可由研发工程师完成。Theacknowledgementofelectronicmaterial,plasticandmetalmaterial,packagematerialshallbefinishedbytheR&DengineersandCEengineerstogether.AndtheacknowledgementofPCBmaterialshallbefinishedbytheRDengineer.采购员收到新物料样品时，首先要对供给商提供样品、认可书、环境保护认证资料等进行初步确定，确定无误后，方可填写《样品认可表》并将认可书和环境保护认证资料及新物料交由品质部进行环境保护认证资料再次审核和RoHS测试。Thebuyershallmakeainitialconfirmtothesample、acknowledgementandenvironmentalprotectionspecificationprovidedbythesupplierafterthenewmaterialshavebeenreceived.Onlytheconfirmationhasbeenpassed,thebuyercanfillinthe<Sampleacknowledgement>.Andshallprovidetheacknowledgement、environmentalprotectionspecificationandnewmaterialstothequalitydepartmentforthere-reviewandRoHStestoftheenvironmentalprotectioncertification品质部依据RoHS测试结果，及环境保护认证资料审核结果在《样品认可表》签署确认结论。Thequalitydepartmentshallsignthe<Sampleacknowledgement>withtheconclusionaccordingtotheRoHStestresults.采购部将RoHS测试OK且环境保护认证资料有效物料及认可书和《样品认可表》交由新物料需求人深入确定物料关键规格参数、物料封装等，若物料关键规格参数及封装满足产品设计要求即可在需求人栏内署名确定；若需求物料为安规物料，则应交由安规工程师确定其物料安规资料是否合格，并在安规资料确定栏中署名确定。ThepurchasingdepartmentshallprovidetheRoHStestresultthatisok、materialswhichhavetheenvironmentalprotectioncertification、acknowledgement、and<Sampleacknowledgement>totheapplicantsforthefurtherconfirmation,includingthemainspecificationparameterandmaterialencapsulationetc.Ifthefurtherconfirmationhasbeenpassed,theapplicantshouldsignintheconfirmationcolumn.Iftherequiredmaterialsarecertificationmaterials,thoseshouldbeprovidetothecertificateengineerforconfirmationandsignatureintheconfirmationcolumn.采购部将需求人确定OK新物料及认可书和《样品认可表》一起交到工程部进行更深入物料认可。Thepurchasingdepartmentshallprovidethenewmaterial,acknowledgementand<Sampleacknowledgement>confirmedbytheapplicantstotheengineeringdepartmentforfurtherconfirmation.塑胶、五金及包材类需要签样物料，在认可过程中，各相关部门在认可书（承认表）署名时同时对样品进行署名。Therelateddepartmentsshallconfirmthesampleandsigntheacknowledgementfileduringtheacknowledgeprocessregardingtotheplasticandmetalmaterialswhichneedtobeconfirmedandaccepted,电子料认可Acknowledgementoftheelectronicmaterial采购部负责按《新物料需求表》需求，要求供给商提供样品、一式三份样品认可书（在供给商无认可书封面时，由本企业提供格式）和一份样品认可书电子档，认可书必需包含内容参考《供给商样品评定管理规范》要求实施，并要求供给商相关责任人签字并盖章。Thepurchasingdepartmentshallrequestthesuppliertoprovidethesample,tripletsampleacknowledgement(Providetheformalcovertothesupplierbyourselvesifnot)andaelectronicfileaccordingtothe<newmaterialdemandlist>.Thecontentsintheacknowledgementshallbeexecutedaccordingtothe<Evaluationandmanagementregulationsforthesuppliersample>requirement,andshouldbesignedandchoppedbythesupplier.采购部收到样品及认可书后，依据《新物料需求表》中认可要求，填写《样品承认表》经部门主管核准，并确定该样品是否收费，若为无偿样品则将样品和认可书一并送交品质部进行环境保护资料确实定及样品RoHS测试，若品质判定合格再送交工程部；若为收费样品则办理入研发仓库手续并将认可书及样品一并送交品质部进行环境保护资料确实定及样品RoHS测试，若品质判定合格再送交工程部。Thepurchasingdepartmentshallfillinthe<Sampleacknowledgement>accordingtotherequirementofthe<newmaterialdemandlist>afterthesampleandacknowledgehavebeenreceived.Thelistshouldbeapprovedbythedepartmentdirector,andshallconfirmthesamplecharge.Ifthesampleisfree,thepurchasingdepartmentshouldprovidethesampleandacknowledgementtothequalitydepartmentfortheconfirmationoftheenvironmentalprotectioncertificationandthesampleRoHStest.工程部文员收到认可书和样品（收费样品需办理领料手续）后对其规格、数量及相关资料要求进行确定无误后在《样品认可表》“签收人”栏中签字并转交CE测试。Theengineeringdepartmentshallconfirmthespecification、quantitiesandrelatedfilesifhavereceivedtheacknowledgementandsample(Thechargedsampleshouldbeapprovedbythewarehouse),andshouldsignthe<sampleacknowledgement>inthe“Receiver”column,thenforwardtotheCEdepartmentforthetest..CE在测试过程中碰到困难或无法对一些项目进行测试，立即反馈相关研发人员、供给商进行沟通协商，在征求研发人员或其它相关人员同意情况下可不进行测试，待条件成熟后再对此进行测试。WhenthetestfacethedifficultyorcannotbeimplementedbytheCEdepartmentinthetestprocess,TheCEdepartmentshallsendthefeedbackinformationtotheR&Ddepartmentandcommunicationwiththesupplier.ThetestcouldnotbedoneuntiltherelatedtestconditionsarepermittediftheR&Dpersonnelorotherrelatedpersonnelagreewith.CE依据样品认可书对样品规格、性能参数、可靠性相关试验等项目进行全方面性测试OK后,应立即出具样品<零件测试统计表>或在<样品认可表>上工程部栏填写相关测试内容及结果和相关测试专题汇报，转给部门主管级以上人员审核及同意后,再将其一同送交相关部门评定、确定。Iftheoveralltestforthesamplespecification、performanceparametersandreliabilityhavebeenfinishedbytheCEdepartmentaccordingtothe<Sampleacknowledgement>,TheCEdepartmentshallprovidethesample<Parttestrecordtable>orfillinthe“Engineeringdepartment”columnofthe<Sampleacknowledgement>withtherelatedtestcontentsandresultsorprovidetestspecialreport.Therelatedfilesshouldbecheckedandapprovedbythedirectororabovepersonnel,andthenforwardtotherelateddepartmentforevaluationandvalidation.研发工程师或新物料需求人依据工程部提供相关试验汇报、认可书对样品进行结论性评定,并由项目工程师确定，若有疑问或需供给商改善事项可在《样品认可表》中签署改善意见，由采购责成供给商进行改善（改善后认可步骤同上），若无疑问则在《样品认可表》中签署确定意见，报总工程师同意后交工程部，工程部维护K3资料(包含将研发确定栏“N”（表示未认可状态）改为“O”(表示未试产状态))和在认可书封面上填写相关内容OK后再转交文控受控下发。TheR&Dengineerortheapplicantofthenewmaterialshallmaketheconclusionevaluationtothesampleaccordingtotherelatedtestreportsandacknowledgementprovidedbytheengineeringdepartment,andtheconclusionevaluationshouldbeconfirmedbytheprojectengineer.Iftherearesomequestionsortheitemneedthesuppliertoimprove,theimprovementopinionsshouldbefilledinthe<Sampleacknowledgement>.Andthepurchasingdepartmentshallrequestthevendorstoimprove(Theimprovedacknowledgementprocess,pleaseseetheaboveprocess).Iftherearenotanyquestions,theconfirmationopinionshouldbefilledinthe<sampleacknowledgement>,andtherelatedfilesshouldbeapprovedbythegeneralengineerandthenforwardtotheengineeringdepartment.TheengineeringdepartmentshallmaintaintheK3system(includingchangetheconfirmationcolumnfrom“N”(Meaningun-acknowledgementstatus)to“O”(Meaningun-trialproduction)),andshouldfillintheacknowledgementcoverandthenforwardtothedocumentdepartmentfordelivering.辅助材料认可Assistantmaterialacknowledgement辅助材料认可分两大类处理：针对同一品牌（生产厂商）物料采取系列认可方法。Theassistantmaterialacknowledgementdivideintothefollowingtwopart:Theacknowledgementmeasuretothesamebrand(Manuf华为XXurer)materials.第一类：EMI辅助材料（如：导电泡棉、导电布、铜箔纸、铝箔纸等）、EVA垫、麦拉片、双面胶类、胶带类；Partⅰ:EMIassistantmaterial(suchasconductivesponge、conductivecloth、coatedpaperandaluminumfoil华为XX.)、EVAmat、Mylarfilm、double-sidedtapes、adhesivetape.这类物料在第一次导入使用时，依据5.4要求进行认可。在第二次使用这类物料时，由采购部以内部联络单形式通知工程部修改K3系统资料（去掉研发确定栏内“N”）。Thiskindofthematerialsshallbeexecutedaccordingtotheclause5.4iftheyareimportedtouseforthefirsttime.Whenusingthekindofthematerialssecondly,thepurchasingdepartmentshouldinformtheengineeringdepartmenttomodifytheK3systemdatawiththe<Internalcommunicationform>(Removethe“N”fromtheR&Dconfirmationcolumn).第二类：套管类、跳线、焊锡（锡线、锡条）、各类化学用具（洗板水、天那水、助焊剂、黄胶、红胶、白胶、）。Partⅱ:Bushing、jumperwire、solderingtin(SolderWire、Solderbar)、allkindsofthechemistrymaterials(board-washwater、thinner、assistantsolder、yellowgum-water、redgum-water、whitegum-water).针对同一规格这类物料在第一次导入使用时，依据5.4要求进行认可。在第二次使用时，工程部依据BOM初始资料要求直接增加物料编码，且不需要在研发确定栏内标注“N”。Thesamestandardmaterialswhichareimportedtouseforthefirsttimeshallbeexecutedaccordingtotheclause5.4.Whenusingthematerialssecondly,theengineeringdepartmentshouldaddthematerialcodedirectlyaccordingtotherequirementoftheBOMinitialdata,andcouldnotmark“N”intheRDconfirmationcolumn.塑胶、五金类物料认可Plasticandmetalpartacknowledgement塑胶类结构件认可分为中性结构件认可和客制化结构件（带用户LOGO和表面处理客制化外壳）认可。Theplasticacknowledgementincludes:Neutralstructureacknowledgementandclientstructureacknowledgement(Logowiththedesignatedcustomerand).中性结构件认可由CE和研发工程师一起完成，客制化结构件由研发、品质、销售一起完成。TheneutralstructureacknowledgementshallbefinishedbytheCEdepartmentandRDengineerstogether,andtheclientstructureacknowledgementbytheRD、qualityandsalesdepartmenttogether.中性结构件认可关键包含以下内容：材质特征；物料可靠性试验；物料关键尺寸测量；整套物料整体组装效果；结构件外观（缩水、批风等）。Theneutralstructur
