Honorableleadersandcolleagues,

Iamhonoredtoreportonmyworkasthesafetyproductionresponsiblemanagerofourtowninthepastyear.Underthestrongleadershipofthetownpartycommitteeandthetowngovernment,Ihavecarefullyimplementedthestate'ssafetyproductionlawsandregulations,andalwaysput"safetyfirst,preventionfirst"asthemainpurposeofmywork.Thedevelopmentandachievementsofourtown'ssafetyproductionworkareinseparablefromtheguidanceandhelpofleadersatalllevels,aswellastheunityandcooperationofalldepartments.Iwouldliketousethisopportunitytosummarizeourwork,analyzetheexistingproblems,andputforwardsuggestionsforthenextstep.

Firstofall,wehavefocusedonstrengtheningthesafetyfoundation.Duringthepastyear,wehavemadegreateffortsonsafetyinfrastructureconstruction.Wehavecompletedthesafetyinspectionandevaluationofthetown’smajorenterprises,hazardouschemicalstransportationvehiclesandgasstations,andhavecarriedoutcorrectivemeasuresforalltheproblemsfound.Wehavealsoimprovedthesafetyemergencyrescuesystem,launchedspecialfiresafetyinspections,andimplementedthereplacementofoldandunsafeelectricalwires.Atthesametime,wehavevigorouslypromotedthesafetyeducationandtrainingofenterpriseemployees,especiallytheeducationandtrainingforkeypositionsandhigh-riskprojects.Wehavestrengthenedthepublicityandknowledgepopularizationofsafetyproduction,launchedvarioussafetyactivities,andachievedgoodresultsinimprovingthesafetyawarenessandsafetybehaviorofthemasses.

Secondly,wehaveachievedremarkableresultsinimplementingsafetyproductionresponsibilities.Wehavedeepenedtheimplementationoftheresponsibilitysystem,strengthenedthecoordinationofrelevantdepartments,andactivelycarriedoutsafetyproductionassessmentwork.Wehavegonedeepintotheenterprises,identifiedtheproblemsofthesafety,andurgedtheenterprisestorectifyandimprove.Wehavealsostrictlyenforcedthepenaltiesonillegalproductionandoperationaccordingtolaw.Throughthesemeasures,wehaveeffectivelycurbedunsafeproductionbehaviors,enhancedtheresponsibilityconsciousnessofenterprisesandindividuals,andtrulyachievedthegoalof"preventionfirst,safetyfirst".

Thirdly,wehaveactivelyparticipatedintheconstructionofthesafetyproductionsystem.Wehaveactivelyparticipatedinthedevelopmentandrevisionoflocalsafetyproductionregulations,andputforwardourownsuggestionstostrivefortheprovisionofguidingideologyandpracticeforthesafetyproductionwork.Wehavealsoactivelyparticipatedintheemergencyplanningandconstructionofvarioustypesofemergencies,andestablishedasoundsocialriskpreventionandcontrolnetwork.

However,therearestillsomeproblemsinourwork.First,therearestillhiddendangersinsomesmallenterprises.Second,someenterprises'safetyemergencyrescueplansarenotperfect,andtheyhavenotcarriedoutemergencydrillsforalongtime.Third,thepublicawarenessofsafetyproductionisstillnothighenough,andmanycareslessnessbehaviorsstillexist.Fourth,westillneedtostrengthenthesafetyproductionsupervisionandguidance,especiallythesupervisionandmanagementofthetownshiphighwaytrafficsafety.

Inordertofurtherpromotethesafetyproductionworkofourtown,Iwouldliketoproposethefollowingsuggestions:

Firstly,wewillfurtherstrengthentheinformationgatheringandanalysisofsafetyproduction,establishacomprehensiveanddetailedinvestigationandmonitoringsystem,promotetheestablishmentofariskwarningmechanism,andenhancethecapacityofearlywarningandprevention.

Secondly,wewillfurtherstrengthenthesupervisionandinspectionfortheimplementationofsafetyproductionresponsibility,consolidateandimprovetheimplementationoftheresponsibilitysystem,establisharegularinspectionsystem,andimplementtheaccountabilityfortheresponsibilityactualizers.

Thirdly,wewillfurtherstrengthenthesafetyeducationandtraining,carryoutmoretargetedandpracticalsafetyeducationandtrainingbygroups,topicsandotherforms,andcomprehensivelyimprovethesafetyawarenessandself-protectionabilityofallemployeesandresidents.

Fourthly,wewillfurtherstrengthenthesafetyproductionstandardizationandevaluation,optimizeandimprovethesafetyinspectionandevaluationsystem,andbuildasafetyproductionmanagementplatformtoensurethatthesafetylevelofallenterprisesissteadilyimproved.

Lastbutnotleast,wewillfurtherstrengthentheinternationalcommunicationandcooperation,learnfromtheexperienceofotherregions,andpromotemutuallearning,andimprovethesafetyproductionworkbymeansofinformationsharingandtechnicalcooperation.

Inconclusion,Iwouldliketoemphasizeonceagainthatsafetyproductionisthefoundationofsocialandeconomicdevelopment.Wemustimplementthesafetyproductionpolicyof"s
