职位描述：

主要工作内容和职责：

1、管理和执行财务尽职调查项目的现场工作；

2、在并购交易工作中，其他服务线团队合作；

3、实施财务尽职调查项目，客户涉及多个行业的境内和境外客户；

4、使用财务模型进行财务数据分析与预测；

5、满足客户要求，撰写项目报告书；

要求：

1、本科以上学历；

2、会计、财务管理、审计、金融等财经类专业背景；

3、具有2年以上并购交易顾问、投资银行或四大会计师事务所审计相关工作经验；

4、具有团队合作精神；

5、具有良好的沟通协调能力和写作能力；

6、拥有跨境交易经验者优先；

7、愿意就项目需要短期出差
