工作职责

1、调研客户需求，进行系统分析，结合公司产品规划及目标，为客户提供it产品解决策略或规划建议;能主导完成产品规划方案、系统分析诊断、信息化方案建议书等工作;

2、结合公司战略目标及城市需求，形成不同模式的系统解决方案;根据客户实际调研情况，提出有效的系统分析策略建议;

3、结合自身的专业知识，为公司相关系统应用，提出改进建议，以及创新应用方案;

4、理解目标市场，搜集市场信息，把握政策大环境，分析需求和行业趋势，主导it系统策略制定、目标定位、要素分析、规划设计，熟悉软件全流程管理及把控;

5、负责系统规划分析，技术服务应用，协助项目实施交付、快速及时响应客户，积极准确把握信息。

任职资格

1、本科及以上学历，具有8年以上相关工作经验，有咨询公司如埃森哲、贝恩、德勤、麦肯锡、波士顿等;咨询公司项目经理优先考虑;在政府信息化、智慧财政、云服务、大数据项目有2~3方面的工作经验优先考虑;

2、对政府、金融、it行业趋势、痛点及相关系统有深入理解，能根据客户需求及现状提出行之有效的策略建议、平台规划、实施步骤、及方案或产品输出;
