ever(曾经) just(刚刚) before(以前)
already意为“已经”,用于肯定句,常位于助动词之后,过去分词之前。yet在疑问句中表“已经”,在否定句中表“还”,常放在句末。eg.

Ihavealreadyreadthisbook.“完成用法”常与表示不确定的时间状语连用never意为“从不;从未”,常用于现在完成时中,用于否定句,常与before连用,位于助动词have/has之后、过去分词之前。eg.
