九、状语从句（一）状语从句的四个特征1.相当于一个副词，也叫做（副词性从句）。2.表谓语动作发生的时间、地点、原因、条件、方式、目的、结果等。3.连词形式多样，可为单个连词、副词或（介词短语）等。4.连词后句子结构（完整），满足五个基本句型之一。（二）内容及分类1.时间状语从句2.（地点）状语从句3.原因状语从句4.（条件）状语从句5.方式状语从句6.（目的）状语从句7.结果状语从句8.（比较）状语从句9.让步状语从句e.g.1WhenIsawhim,hewastakingwithsomeoneIdidn’tknow.e.g.2Themandialed110wherehewasknockeddownyesterday.e.g.3IwasabsentfromtheclassmeetingbecauseIoverslept.e.g.4Ifyoucouldacceptmyapology,Iwillbegrateful.e.g.5YouwillmastertheskillasIteachyou.e.g.6Theycametotheplaceonschedulesothattheycouldn’tmisstheappointment.e.g.7Wetriedourbestsomuchthatweachievedourgoal.e.g.8Whatyoudoissometimesmoreimportantthanwhatyousay.e.g.9Althoughthelittlebabycan’tspeak,sheknowsyou.（三）时间状语从句1.常考连词核心when,while,as,till,until,since,before,after,assoonas,bythetime,thefirsttime其他themoment,immediately,directly,anytime,eachtime一……就……assoonas,themoment,theinstant,immediately,directly,hardly/scarcely…when…，nosooner…than…2.常考区分（1）when,while,as连词动作发生翻译when可短暂，可持续可同时，可先后当……时while可持续同时与此同时as可短暂，可持续可交替，可同时随着，一边…一边…（2）till,until连词句中位置强调句中倒装句中till句中不用不用until句首或句中可用可用（notuntil）e.g.1Intheparty,somearesingingwhileothersaredancing.e.g.2Astimegoesby,wecanreallytoleratemorethings.e.g.3Believeitornot,hedidn’tcryuntilyouleave.3.常考句型（1）（主句）was/weredoingwhen（从句）（一般过去时）e.g.1MymotherwascookingdinnerwhenIgettomyhouse.（2）（主句）was/weredoingwhile（从句）（过去进行时）e.g.1TheywerechattingwhileIwaswaitingforherpatiently.（3）（主句）beabouttodo（从句）（when）e.g.1Iwasabouttogooutfordinnerwhensheappeared.（4）when（it）esto（）e.g.1Whenitestousingtheequipment,youmustbecareful.（5）主句have/has/haddonesincen./短语/从句（一般过去时）e.g.1Ithasbeen10yearssincewemet.（6）主将从现（主句）willdo（从句）（一般现在时）（主句）woulddo（从句）（一般过去时）（连词:if,when,aslongas,assoonas…）e.g.1Aslongasyouadmityourmistake,theywillforgiveyou.（四）地点状语从句1.常考连词where,wherever,everywhere2.区分连词引导从句where定语从句，名词性从句，地点状语从句wherever名词性从句，地点状语从句，让步状语从句nomatterwhere让步状语从句e.g.1Wherethereisawill,thereisaway.e.g.2Weshouldlearntostandupwherewefall.（五）原因状语从句1.常考连词核心连词because,since,as,for其他连词nowthat,inthat,seeing(that),considering(that),given(that)2.区分：because，since，as，for连词因果强弱意义强调句中回答why位置备注because最强直接因果可用可用灵活不与so连用since弱双方知道不用不用主句前as弱双方知道不用不用灵活for最弱补充说明不用不用主句后e.g.1Wehavenochoicebuttoworkhardernowadays,forthesituationwearefacinggetsfiercer.（六）条件状语从句1.连词核心连词if,unless,aslongas,solongas,incase其他连词supposing(that),providing(that),provided(that),oncondition(that)2.主将从现e.g.1Iwillsit(sit)besideyouifyoudon’tmind.（七）方式状语从句1.常用连词as,asif,asthough,(in)theway(that),like2.asif/asthough引导的方式状语从句（1）常位于（感官动词）后。（2）从句中通常用（虚拟）语气。（3）若从句中事件为事实或者可能发生，则不用虚拟语气。e.g.1Itappearsasiftherehasbeenaheavyrainfromthewetground.3.as引导的方式状语从句和定语从句的区别as从句从句中位置从句结构从句中成分意义可否省方式状从主句后完整状语按照不可省定语从句灵活缺主、宾、表主、宾、表正如不可省e.g.1Asissaid,yourbeautyshouldefrominner.e.g.2Don’tignorethedetailsjustasIperformit.（八）目的状语从句核心连词so(that),inorderthat其他连词incase,forefearthat,leste.g.1Inorderthatyouwillarriveontime,youcantakeataxi.（九）结果状语从句1.连词引导词so…that…，such…that…，so（that）句型变化1.soadj./adv.that…2.soadj.a/ann.(单)that…3.sucha/anadj.n.(单)that…4.suchadj.n.(复)that…5.suchadj.un.that…6.somany/fewn.(复)that…7.somuch/littleun.that…三点注意：（1）（such）为形容词，修饰名词；（so）为副词，修饰adj./adv.。（2）多多少少要用（so）。（3）（少）little用so；（小）little用such。（4）倒装句中2.其他表结果的句式（1）tooadj./adv.（todo）e.g.1Hewastooanxioustosleep(sleep)well.（2）…enough（todo）e.g.1Theboywasoldenoughtogo(go)tothekindergarten.（3）so…astodoe.g.1Thenewsissoexcitingastomake(make)uscry.3.so…that…引导从句的区分（1）后含（情态动词），引导目的状语从句。（2）表结果时，引导结果状语从句。（十）比较状语从句连词：as…as,notas/so…as,than,the比较级，the比较级e.g.1Themorepositiveyouare,thebetter(good)lifewillbe.（十一）让步状语从句1.常用连词although,though,as,while,evenif,eventhough,however,nomatterhow,whoever,nomatterwho…2.区分：although，though，
