4.PackingandLoading

4.1PartyBshallinaccordancewithpartyA'srequesttopackagingofthegoods,Theouterpackingindicatetheproductname,model.Everymajorlosscausedduetopoorpackingandtheresultingcostsshallbebornebypartyb,(Unlessitisaneventofforcemajeureofnaturaldisastersandman-made)

4.2PartyBhastheresponsibilitytopackaccordingtotheeconomicoptimizationofpackagingsolutions,PackagingsolutionsneedtocommunicatewithpartyA'sconfirmation.

4.3PartyBisresponsibleforpacking,loadingthegoods,costsbornebypartyB.

5.Duration&placeofdelivery

5.1Duration:aftersigningcontract180days,PartyBtoprepareallthematerialsandmeetthedeliveryandpackingconditions.Thecorrespondingpartyanecessaryinformationfortheexport,customsclearance,etc,PartyBshouldalsobesubmittedatthesametime.

5.2Delivery:ThespecifieddeliveryportofpartyA,partyBberesponsibleforpackingandloading,thefreightshallbebornebypartyB.

6Liabilityforbreachofcontract

6.1IfbySeller'sdelayoftheproductiontimemaketheBuyerfailedperformthecontract,TheBuyerhastherighttocancelthiscontract,theSellershouldburdentheloss.

6.2TheinspectionoftheBuyershouldbasedthestandardaswhichinitialmodelconfirmed.IftheSellercannotdeliverthegoodsontimeduetoothernon-humannaturalfactorsitwillbenotinthescopeoftheclaim.

6.Thewaytoresolvecontractdisputes

Theimplementationofthiscontractdispute,resolvedthroughconsultationbybothparties,negotiationfails,BothsidesagreedtoappealtotheUAEJudicialCourt.

7.Contractcopiesandeffect

7.1Thecontractisdoneintwocopies.Eachofthepartiesshouldholdonecopy.Thecontractcomesintoforcefromthedateofsigningandofficialsealandterminatewhenthewarrantytermexpires.

7.2Faxessignedandsealedbybothpartiesiseffective.Butthecopiesoffaxesareinvalid.
