principle)1.电子节气门体(Electronic

throttle

body)•工作原理:电子节气门是电子节气门控制系统的一个关键部件,它一方面执行来自发动机ECU的指令,调节节气门开度来控制发动机的进气量,从而实现控制发动机的负荷输出,同时可以输出反映节气门开度位置的信号,供控制系统监控节气门工作状况。电子节气门由节气门体、驱动电机和节气门位置传感器等构成,来自发动机ECU的指令使驱动电机动

作,通过传动机构使节气门板转动,保证发动机工作所需的节气门开度。节气门位置传感器由两个电位器组成,节气门开度变化时,电阻值发生变化,输出的电压信号随之变化,与电子油门踏板位置传感器信号一起,输入到发动机ECU,经计算后,输出驱动电机控制信号,从而控制发动机节气门开度。同发动机控制系统一起,电子节气门配合工作,可以实现:发动机怠速控制,车辆巡航控制,Limphome控制,自动变速箱控制,车身电子稳定控制(ESP)等功能。Working
