DocumentJIANBIAO［2013］No.169issuedbytheMinistryofHousingandUrbanRuralDevelopmentof

RevisionPlanofNationalEngineeringConstructionStandardsin2014'".

Inpreparingthisstandard，thedevelopmentteammadeextensiveinvestigationsandresearch，

summarizedtheexperiencesinactualpracticesconscientiously，withreferencetorelevantstandards

bothinChinaandabroad，onthebasisofextensiveconsultation，developedthisstandard.
